This one feels like if someone saw a good working CRM like Vin, got some business marketing venture in their head to make their own, then hired the cheapest laziest piles they could who never call you back, who don’t know what’s going on. It’s a scam of a service, and it’s a miracle anything gets done with something this low quality ### 1/5 — Terrible app, worst app for sales *2026-03-02, version 5.6.0* Terrible app, worst app for sales ### 1/5 — Not a very good system *2025-10-26, version 5.5.1* Locks you out of your own deal. Crashes frequently. ### 3/5 — Needs Manager view *2025-05-28, version 5.4.1* I do not see a way to view as a manager. If we needed to swap salesperson out of someone else on the fly instead of being tied to a laptop. Or confirm lead details against another lead. This NEEDS to happen. ### 5/5 — New update *2024-12-12, version 5.1.1* The new update has made the app significantly better, bugs are getting fixed relatively faster than expected ! ### 1/5 — No longer usable *2024-09-24, version 5.0.0* Since the last update, this app went from semi usable to completely unusable. It takes way too long to log in and if you decide to select a customer or deal, you are left on a spinning wheel forever. I left my phone for 2 or 3 hours at one point to test before giving up. It’s a shame because, though it was a reduced version of the computer program, it allowed me to work away from my desk. Please don’t apply this update to the tablet version or I’ll be really screwed. ### 1/5 — Useless Application *2024-07-11, version 2.23.5* PBS is the 2nd DMS and the 4th CRM system we have used, and this app is by far the worst I’ve seen thus far. Just a complete lack of functionality. On both phone and tablet apps.
