I’ve worked with plenty, Vin, DriveAI, TECOBI, a few others. This one feels like if someone saw a good working CRM like Vin, got some business marketing venture in their head to make their own, then hired the cheapest laziest piles they could who never call you back, who don’t know what’s going on. It’s a scam of a service, and it’s a miracle anything gets done with something this low quality

Locks you out of your own deal. Crashes frequently.

Since the last update, this app went from semi usable to completely unusable. It takes way too long to log in and if you decide to select a customer or deal, you are left on a spinning wheel forever. I left my phone for 2 or 3 hours at one point to test before giving up. 
It’s a shame because, though it was a reduced version of the computer program, it allowed me to work away from my desk. Please don’t apply this update to the tablet version or I’ll be really screwed.

PBS is the 2nd DMS and the 4th CRM system we have used, and this app is by far the worst I’ve seen thus far. Just a complete lack of functionality. On both phone and tablet apps. Extremely disappointing.

Simply put Can’t log in .... did a few times but for most part useless if it doesn’t work or can’t log in .

Rarely able to log in, usually times out. When I can get in it gives Limited access.

I have a iPhone 11 Pro Max and this app rarely lets me in (times out on login). When it does finally let me in it crashes within a minutes.

I do not see a way to view as a manager. If we needed to swap salesperson out of someone else on the fly instead of being tied to a laptop. Or confirm lead details against another lead. This NEEDS to happen.
