Almost to the point it is unusable. The entire dealership I work at refuses to use the app because of how bad the quality is. Super slow and glitchy. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Just no consistency what so ever. As a Service Drive Manager, I have to assist my Writers on basic tasks.
