They decided the button to switch between different bicycle networks is a banner on the left of the interface but it’s unclear that you need to select it to change so I was stuck in Bicycles Aruba trying to figure out why this happened , when the phone screen got accidentally tapped Spent over an hour trying various things before finally tapping the banner to change the geo network. We even sought help from several locals. Only one was able to get it setup. None of the bike apps work. It was an endless cycle of re entering info for 15 mins before I gave up and walked. Now it defaults to Chattanooga and will not allow me to sign in. Credentials are correct because I logged into pogoh.org just fine to unlock a bike (thank goodness). The ones that do work are almost always empty and if there are bikes they are unusable and need repairs. There was one customer service rep who was friendly, although still unhelpful. The rest were very grumpy everytime I called. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Good support *2026-03-16* We are at the far end of Waikiki and they seem to be bike stations everywhere makes it a lot easier to get to the beach and shopping. The price is right if you just do the five dollar pop, it was a problem at the station, but the Support on the phone is fantastic and the app worked as I expected. I live in a condo so I always make sure to disconnect wi-fi before launching the app as sometimes my internet will cut out in the elevators and it negatively impacts the app performance. I also recommend opening the app a few seconds before arriving at the station so that the scanning process is easy. ### 5/5 — Great app with a few quirks *2023-09-19, version 5.37.0* I really enjoy using this app to cycle around Toronto. It usually works great, though a number of the bikes are very finicky and it can be frustrating when you have to walk to a new station. Would recommend ### 5/5 — Perfect for our short stay in Chattanooga *2022-09-20* Rented the bikes to ride from the river to St. Elmo and back. It was so easy to sign up, to rent, to return and bikes were in good condition to ride. When you rent you can use the bikes for 1hr at a time (we assume so the GPS stays charged) for a 24hr period. We would just return our bike to another kiosk at the end of the hr and unlock another at the same kiosk to continue riding. We rode the TN River trail 2x in our 24 hrs + around town.
