## What is PBX Viva?

With Virtual PBX, your company will be able to effectively organize telephony: set up receiving calls to a single multi-channel number, voice greeting and call distribution, analyze call statistics and record conversations.

Thanks to the mobile application, the main functions of the Virtual PBX are available on your smartphone, and you can use them at any time, even outside the office.

Mobile app functionality:
access to call history and records (searchable by customer number or employee name);
listening to recordings of conversations;
convenient summary of calls (accepted, made and missed at the moment);
viewing statistics for any period;
setting up rules for receiving calls and forwarding calls;
creating and editing departments;
adding new VATS users.

Install the PBX Viva-MTS mobile application, enter the login and password for your personal VATS account and control the company's calls in real time.

Callback from push notifications — now you can return calls directly from the missed call notification.

All access settings in one place — manage app permissions quickly and conveniently.

— Set your working hours, vacation, and absence status plus what happens when you miss a call. It’s all now available in your profile.
— Outgoing numbers can now be configured directly in the mobile app.
— Call and call back faster — just tap the new phone icon in the call history.
— Quickly see how your team is handling missed calls throughout the day in the Summary section.
— Keep the conversation going — even if the connection drops. Calls will now automatically reconnect.

### 2.17.0 — 2024-12-13

You can now handle calls on a second line and transfer client calls after a quick chat with a colleague. We’ve also updated the call screen design, making the interface more intuitive and user-friendly.
