Nur Frust und Ärger.
So wird das nix Leute...

Eigentlich wäre es das Beste die App aus dem Store zu entfernen, funktioniert eh nicht...

Ich habe seit 2 Jahren ein Abo und bis jetzt keine Probleme gehabt. Laut Anzeige sind die Klassenbücher im Abo mitenthalten. Warum muß ich aktuelle Ausgabe jetzt kaufen ???

Habe bestehendes Abo für drei Monate, aber die aktuelle neue Ausgabe soll ich kaufen.
Hatte ich schonmal: nach Neuanmeldung waren alle gekauften Ausgaben weg.

Prinzipiell ist die Applikation sehr benutzerfreundlich, übersichtlich und die Handhabung intuitiv gestaltet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Service ist auch sehr gut. Leider verliert die App ständig meinen Abonnenten-Status und bietet mir die ePapers immer nur zum Kauf an. Nach De- und erneuter Installation der Applikation funktioniert die Synchronisation mit dem Abo-Service wieder und ich kann die gewünschten ePaper-Ausgaben herunterladen.

Eigentlich eine gute Sache. Allerdings stürzt die App beim Öffnen so oft ab, dass es nur noch nervt. Macht eure Hausaufgaben und ihr habt mich wieder als Abonnent aber so nicht.

Vor der Verwendung dieser App im aktuellen Zustand muss gewarnt werden. Käufe lassen sich nicht wiederherstellen nach einen Update. So verliert man alles wofür man gezahlt hat. Support ist wie leider üblich in Deutschland sehr schlecht. Von der Selbstverständlichkeit eines 24h Supports hat auch diese Firma noch nichts gehört. Ich werde mein Geld zurückverlangen...
