Maybe add a feature that allows the person to scan a vitamin product and see if it interacts negatively with the meds on file. In my last rating i asked if you were gonna fix the errors in the challenges because all of them are showing errors, and you responded with telling me to look at the other parts of the app when your comment had nothing to do with my rating and I’m only interested in the challenges so you don’t need to be mentioning to me the other things ,just fix the challenges which still haven’t been fixed and I’ve been waiting since the sixth, there’s no way I’m the only one with the problem in the app is pointless if we can’t do anything with the other parts of the app, so why look at them? ### 2/5 — Signin is not automatically done when open the app *2026-07-13, version 26.6.26* I remember previous sign in is automatically done when open the app. Now it’s gone and is very inconvenient that I had to remember to sign in my account otherwise when I try to book any appointment I need to fill in all of my detail with no pre-populated information. ### 2/5 — Not intuitive poor login *2026-07-08, version 26.6.26* Hard to sign in to. It just updated and you didn’t fix anything, I’m getting errors telling me to try again every single time I do a challenge, I’ve updated the app about three times and then just did it a fourth time second ago and then tried to do a challenge and once again it’s saying that there’s errors and to try again, don’t say that there’s an update until you actually fix it ### 2/5 — login *2026-06-28, version 26.6.18* the login process since last update too cumbersome ### 2/5 — Prescription Transfer *2026-06-16, version 26.6.08* Hoping the update fixes the problem. A lot of info needed to fill in the blanks then not to have the app work with no error messages. When transferring prescriptions, the app wouldn’t accept the email I’m registered with! The information such as address doesn’t appear for automatic entry. Fine type it all in. After entering info for transfer to and from pharmacies it freezes up and doesn’t respond. Did it all 3x. Called in and told to go to the pharmacy direct. Fine, tried it a fourth time after writing this but fix the app please. Tried it a 4th time after writing this still says my email is invalid!! App update didn’t fix it. ### 3/5 — No saved sign in *2026-06-15, version 26.6.08* I have to sign in again every day. Likely the reason I’m going to stop using the app. Just too inconvenient. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Using app *2026-08-04, version 26.7.29* I had so much trouble using this app . I have my store preference set and it asks me every time to choose it. There is a small circle beside it that I could not see and it took me forever to figure out how to choose the store I always choose. To the point if thinking about phoning the store! All bc the circle beside it is so faint it can barely be seen. It is also very hard to sign in to start, it does face recognition, then goes to my email address. Asks me to press continue all do that it can share my information, that I would prefer not to share. But if I don’t the app won’t open. ### 1/5 — Major Glitches *2026-07-30, version 26.7.20* This app for some reason has so many glitches. You’ll be in the middle of placing an order and it will boot you out. Sometimes you have to sign in three or four times. ### 1/5 — Terrible app - months in and still doesn’t work *2026-07-28, version 26.7.20* At least it’s consistent in its failure. Can never find a prescription and eventually fails with a note to “show id to your pharmacist” who only shakes her head and says she can’t help. Removing that made me Delete the app. Email when you bring it back. Not sure how or why that happened. My other one says suppose to be refilled today, but I still had to ask for a refill. Missing medication.
