On August 20, 2026, I purchased two pairs of prescription glasses from Specsavers for $99. According to the promotion, I was supposed to receive 50,000 PC Optimum points for this purchase, but the points have still not been credited to my account. Since this issue is related to PC Optimum, I contacted PC Optimum directly on August 20 to explain the situation and ask about my missing points. However, no one has responded to my message or provided any assistance so far. When a program advertises an offer to customers, I expect them to honour the offer and provide proper customer service when there is a problem.
