And on the web it was free shipping👎 ### 1/5 — Bad App Need to Change *2026-02-16, version 3.4.0* The app does not work effectively and needs to be improved. ### 1/5 — Great company but terrible app *2025-12-04, version 3.4.0* This app is terrible. Doesn't respond to prompt, freezes, automatically logs users out, unresponsive, put the phone down for two seconds and you have to reboot everything and start a fresh search. It's inexplicably poor. I really like doing business with PC Richard, but not using their app. ### 1/5 — Terrible! Tried for an hour to checkout! *2025-08-25, version 3.4.0* Went round and round again just trying to actually checkout!! Horrible, between the app’s sluggish time loading even on WiFi to items in cart updating to finally getting to checkout, unreal! Then only to find it would not continue with ApplePay. I even went so far as PayPal checking out thinking that would get it done and it still failed!!
