I use it only to monitor an additional account I have for savings via direct deposit, but it seems to clear my password and username every time I log back in, no matter how many times I request it remembers my information. Eventually I get locked out of my own account, and have to call to get it reset. I wish this was a one time occurrence, but it seems to happen almost quarterly. The app will hang and not show accurate and up-to-date information about the account that you selected for quick view. On the positive side, however, • The user interface is clean and fairly easy to navigate. • The Phone app gives accurate information, and it has been up-to-date for me.
