Can’t deposit a simple check — and there’s not a single thing I can do about it. The woman in charge of IT (this app and many other things at PCFCU) is a complete moron, at best. Been trying to make my truck payment for over a week, call the number listed for assistance, and they are just as lame. Second month in a row dealing with this. Last month I made my payment and for some unknown reason it posted eleven days later. I found out when I got a letter in the mail stating they were going to report it to the credit bureau. I called and argued with the representative , even gave her my confirmation number. They wouldn’t do anything about it. Looks like I have to find a local branch, and go in and make my payment, If they accept it. I can’t wait to switch to another institution that cares about there customers. This Credit Union used to be great, I now rate it as a zero, a big zero!, ### 1/5 — Garbage *2024-07-16* It’s 2024 and PCFCU can’t figure out how to make an app. About 80% of the times I log in I can’t see current balance and everything fails to load. ### 1/5 — Pinal county federal credit union *2024-06-05* There new app is a disaster.
