Also takes long to load. ### 2/5 — You’re app is not working 2:20pm, 2/11/2026 *2026-02-11, version 2.2.2* When trying to log into the app the password takes you right back to the screen to enter your username again. It’s been like this all morning. For one, every time I try to open the app it will make me log in. Even if I just go to a different screen and come back, it will make me log in again. Second, when I click on any of my orders, it will say “Error: Unable to fetch order details” and then the app will close itself. Just use their website. I’ve sent emails and screen shots to PCGS and no response. The text in the app is bolded all highlighted and information is slow. Also I’m new to PCGS so I used vouchers on an order I sent in 4/4/26 and still can’t view what grades I’m getting on my lot. Poor customer service and basic default app. Poor quality overall. ### 1/5 — App does not work *2026-05-24, version 2.2.7* Since the latest update my app does not work. I question some of my coins after grade but I’m not the professional. Coins I thought were great in appearance turn out to be dipped or scrubbed. I’ve figured out scrubbed coins but dipping always gets by me. I just don’t see it :( I’m personally very happy with their service. Turn-overs are fast and fairly simple. As a detailed artist it’s helped me to focus on coin grading prior to sending in my personal coins for grade. Lately I’ve gotten better at respecting their grading technic. I think PCGS is doing a wonderfully fantastic job and I’d like to thank all its staff for their outstanding customer service. I always look forward to that grade which I myself see, while PCGS simply confirms my visions of grade. I can now see the difference between an MS70 -vs- an MS69. Be it proof or uncirculated coins. Wish however that when I post my coins proudly in my inventory and add photos that they would remain in place as I’ve had to repost photos again and a again because they simply vanish. Time consuming and my only frustration. Overall PCGS is the very best when it comes to grading ones coins. Extremely happy member.
