That spin wouldn’t stop spinning either & the “Retry” popped up again for which I pressed again & then it immediately went to the end of the game. Talk about having issues. Here lately I cannot get a final score of over 75,000 when I used to get around 150,000 or so every time I played. Im actually about to get sick of playing because I have never, & will never, win anything other than tokens. I’ve actually played numerous PCH games daily for almost 10 yrs now & have never won or scored anything other than tokens so, as anyone can see the odds of actually winning anything of monetary value, or anything besides just tokens, is basically next to nothing. Multiple games daily, for say at least 9 years is 3,285 days of multiple games & winning absolutely nothing but tokens is a good reason for anyone to not waste their time. I guess I am crazy for wasting mine but, I guess you cannot win unless you try. I believe you would have way better odds of winning something if you played lotteries such as Megamillion or Power Ball, or better yet, buyin scratch offs from your local curb stores cause, there’s no way you would go 9 years purchasing a scratch off a day & not win something. Anyway, my point is, take it from me, you will be extremely lucky if you ever win anything playing any of the PCH games, slots, or lotto cards. The odds of winning are the worst odds ever, of any lottery that’s ever existed in the world. For the time I’ve wasted on PCH I could’ve spent it on other lotteries that allow their players to actually win something other than just tokens. I’ll end by saying that my comments are coming from an experienced player of the PCH games multiple times daily for almost 10 years now. I’ve had the game not count very obvious wins. I don’t have EVERY line memorized but I’ve had 3 in a row, all in a straight line, and still had the game not pick up on it or credit me for it before moving on to the next spin. This has happened at least a few times when I’ve only been playing maybe a couple weeks. It’s never been for a HUGE prize like a cash instant win, but it has missed 3 in a row instant wins and not paid out the 20,000+ points it was supposed to. Giving it 4 stars bc other than this and the quality of the ads several people have already talked about, I REALLY love playing this game, even more than the other PCH apps. I really hope this is a bug that’ll be patched out. UPDATE: upon watching closer I’ve noticed this is a VERY prevalent problem. It seems to happen mainly with lines 1-3 but those are probably just the most obvious. Had this happen THREE TIMES ON A SINGLE GAME today, probably at least a dozen times all day. It’s INCREDIBLY frustrating once you notice it like… there’s a $100 prize for earning the highest score, but when your game is missing half your wins it feels like getting cheated. Same goes for instant wins. I’ve had 3 and 4 instant wins in a row without getting credited, and it takes away A LOT of the appeal of going for a 5 in a row instant win when you know even if you hit this incredibly rare spin it may not even matter bc the game may just barrel on through without even acknowledging it. PLEASE PATCH THIS I’ve lowered by review upon noticing how common this issue actually is. I’d absolutely give it 5 stars if it wasn’t straight up not working properly. ### 3/5 — Now this quit working *2024-06-22, version 4.5.7* Will you please work out the bugs it’s stopped working Again it’s stopped why do you make a application that doesn’t work who benefits from this you or the gamer’s $$$$ ### 1/5 — Constantly buggy, flawed and poorly maintained *2024-06-13, version 4.5.7* Like their other apps there’s connection/server issues on a seemingly on going basis. Even deleting and reinstalling like the other apps doesn’t work with slots. Maintenance seems sparse and what little there is creates new bigger problems rather than addressing current ones and overall stability. It’s 3 steps forward 6 steps back. Almost exact same more less can be said for their other apps too. Giving one star is too much I’d say but won’t let you without. ### 3/5 — Be realistic before downloading any PCH app *2024-06-07, version 4.5.6* So it seems too good to be true (win 2.5M + 5k a week for life), but it is NOT a scam. However, make sure you understand your odds before you download and try to win. You win "tokens" which have zero monetary value, they are used to enter PCH sweepstakes. There is NO GUARANTEE you will win any of their prizes, you have to play and play and play and play and play (need I say more), just like the lottery and in fact, the lottery would be more forgiving in their odds. For example, one of the slot games is giving away $1,000.00, but the odds are 1 in 7.29M of you hitting the win. So don't expect to sit down during your lunch break and come out $1,000.00 richer. You are playing against thousands (maybe even millions) of people and probably some bots (it is bound to happen), so the odds are NOT in your favor. Also, seems like when you start to get a win streak going, the app crashes or has some server error, so I don't know if it is on purpose or too many people are playing at once. All I am saying is be realistic, don't get your hopes up too high, but best of luck and maybe we'll see you on their FB page, winning one of the big prizes! I just got through playing & my total score wasn’t but 30,000 yet, the high score is showing 204,500. Tell me something is not wrong with that. I can’t even reach 60,000 but others are scoring in the hundreds & two hundred thousands. I don’t know why I continue to waste my time on this garbage. BUT the entire experience gets ruined by all the trashy ads that come through. I don’t mind watching ads. Especially ones from legitimate retailers. I’ve come across tons of things that I’ve purchased or added to lists for future purchases that I wouldn’t have thought of if it weren’t for the (legitimate) ads. For some reason, 90% of the ads that come through are the scammy ones. I’ve actually seen one that showed a person (holding a baby for a nice effect I might ad) claiming “I couldn’t pay my rent so I downloaded this bingo app, played for 10 minutes, and I made over $12,000 dollars”. Seriously? I’ve faced not being able to pay my rent at times so this blatant deceit is simply disgusting to me. And there are hundreds more ads just like that one. The PCH+ app is saturated with these sickening ads and I worry they will associate the PCH brand with this garbage. PCH+, PCH Lotto, PCH Wordmania, PCH Treasure Match, and PCH Slots are all truly great apps and I really do enjoy playing them. I trust and believe that I have a chance of winning actual prizes from PCH. So once more, please stop associating with these lousy ads.
