I wish they’d do an update. It’s been a year. Support is good though. ### 2/5 — Beaucoup trop de bugs *2026-07-29* Dans le cadre d’un processus de désaméricanisation globale, j’ai pris la formule à vie de cette application pensant conserver une fluidité d’utilisation équivalente à celle d’Apple. Après plusieurs mois d’utilisation je remarque que : - L’obligation de taper le mot de passe maître a chaque fois qu’on souhaite accéder à l’appli rend vraiment fou. Sur iPhone, pas de problème avec faceID mais depuis un ordinateur, c’est extrêmement pénible. - j’ai fini par enregistrer ma carte de paiement mais le remplissage automatique est souvent partiel ou erroné. Il faut corriger les données fournies par PCloud Pass… - la génération de nouveaux mots de passe elle aussi est capricieuse et lorsqu’elle n’est pas proposée automatiquement, je ne trouve pas le moyen de la rendre active. - faire le tri dans l’appli est fastidieux. Pour effacer des mots de passe de connexion enregistrés, dès qu’on coche plusieurs éléments, l’icône de poubelle de la barre supérieure disparaît et il est impossible de commander la suppression globale. On doit le faire pour chacun et le processus de suppression mouline. Je ne souhaite pas revenir en arrière et confier mes données personnelles à Apple mais je dois constater aujourd’hui que leur fluidité de système me manque. J’espère que des corrections pourront être apportées à PCloud Pass dans le sens d’un maximum de simplicité. ### 3/5 — Can’t paste into master password *2026-07-17* I used to enable 2 week master password expiration. I kept the master password in another password manager and would paste into pcloudpass when master expired. This no longer works, nor does autofill from the other manager. I have a 24-character multi-characterset master password - typing is laborious. Now I have to simply disable master expiration. Eigentlich habe ich überlegt, es dann aber doch gelassen, da seit 10 Monaten nichts in Sachen Updates passiert. Sehr schade, da eine iPadVersion und die Möglichkeit für Dateianhänge diesen sicheren Passwortmanager einen Schub geben würden. Aber 100 € (Angebot Lifetime) auszugeben, ohne dass man weiß, ob pCloudPass nicht doch eingestampft wird, ist zu riskant. Vielleicht passiert ja noch was, dann gerne Lifetime und 5 Sterne. ### 4/5 — Übergreifend mit kleinen Haken *2026-05-03* Ganz gut als Firefox Extension - leider ohne Touch ID - ich nutze cloud pass auf Macbook, iPad und Android. Auf dem Mac läuft es als Erweiterung gut, aber Touch ID kann (immer noch nicht) genutzt werden, es kann keine biometrische Entsperrung überhaupt erst aktiviert werden. Néanmoins il me manque 2 choses pour mettre les 5 étoiles : 1. Affichage des chiffres et des lettres différenciés par couleur ou avec des caractères sans confusion possible (par exemple actuellement le i majuscule n’est pas distingué du L minuscule) 2. Our colleagues will gladly help you. ### 4/5 — I’m a BIG believer in the pCloud ecosystem *2025-05-31, version 1.13.0* pCloud has been a go to resource on the cloud backup front for as long as I remember. I also learned of pCloud Pass pretty early on. They both have been rock solid. The ability to create secure notes and add tags has been a real game changer for me. In that regard, its note features are extremely basic. My wishlist for an enhanced note experience-Secure Note Versioning, Code Locker, Markdown/Rich Text support, and a secure clipboard manager/text expander keyboard. Any one or two of those missing elements would get that last Star. Le support pCloud est inexistant, il vous répond tous les 2 jours et vous donne les mêmes réponses que la FAQ. Bref, si vous avez 1Password, gardez le. ### 4/5 — Guter Passwort Manager *2025-05-18* Es ist ein guter bis sehr guter Passwort Manager! Um 5 Sterne zu erhalten fehlen aber noch so einige Dinge wie z. B. iPad Version, Biometrisches Entsperren auch auf den Mc und Windows Rechner. Leider kann ich es auf meinem Windows PC nicht einrichten ( Master Passwort soll falsch was nicht stimmt) und eine Favoriten Liste wäre auch ganz gut. Ich hoffe da kommt noch was und hoffe meine Investition war nicht um sonst. Es wäre schön wenn sich der Support wegen was Windows Problems bei mir meldet! The only issue with it is that it keeps asking me to input the master password in the Safari extension on mobile which is annoying. It would be nice if the app had an option to prevent that. Hat mühelos geklappt. Das Tool tut sehr gut was es soll. Mit der einmaligen Entgegennahme der Einladung der Familienmitgliedern via iPhone hat nicht gut geklappt, aber über den PC Browser ging es dann problemlos. Ein paar Dinge würde ich mir noch wünschen in zukünftigen Versionen: Anzeige der Favicons, eine Art Dashboard mit Anzeige schlechter Passwörter und das Anbieten des Generierens neuer Passwörter in iOS…und bitte eine iPad OS Version und Passkey im PC Browser. ### 5/5 — Praktisch, sicher – und nicht mehr wegzudenken! *2025-06-29* Ich nutze pCloud Pass seit einiger Zeit und bin absolut zufrieden. Die App ist übersichtlich, funktioniert zuverlässig auf all meinen Geräten und macht das Verwalten von Passwörtern endlich stressfrei. Besonders gefällt mir, dass alles unkompliziert funktioniert und ich nicht auf ein Abo angewiesen bin – die Lifetime-Option ist top.
