Their facts were a bit off according to both my doctors, one gyno and the other a naturopath. Beets are GREAT for PCOS, the app says otherwise.

When you select condiment, butter $ oil it defaults to sugars & sweeteners. If this can be fixed it will be a 5-star app for sure

This app is ok but has technical issues that should have been checked and corrected. When you select the condiment or oils icon it defaults to the sugars section. Tried this multiple times and the same result. Otherwise, list of foods is helpful and comprehensive. I have read many other PCOS sources that say to avoid dairy products so I somewhat question all of the dairy approved foods on this app. Please fix bugs so at least the app works properly.

I love this app. It is so easy to use, allows me to scroll thru the list to what I can and cannot have on my diet plan. (Healthy eating plan) 
I use this app all the time at the grocery store. Best $1.99 I have spent. :)
