## What is PCOS Juno?

I'm Juno. I'm not going to tell you to drink more water.

What I do is keep track. Every symptom you log, every cycle, every bad night's sleep — I hold onto it. When a pattern turns up, I'll tell you what it is and how sure I am about it.

The reason that matters: next time someone tells you it's probably nothing, you'll have months of data that says otherwise.

A RECORD THAT HOLDS UP IN AN APPOINTMENT

Symptoms, periods, sleep, mood, medications, food and weight — logged in a tap or two, not eight questions a day. Out of that comes the doctor report: a PDF with your cycle history, how often each symptom actually turned up, what you're taking, and your lab results over time.

It's free, and it stays free. It is harder to wave off a chart than a description.

PATTERNS YOU WOULDN'T SPOT YOURSELF

"Your bloating runs higher in the three days after you sleep under six hours — eleven times out of fourteen." That is the kind of thing I go looking for, and I will always tell you whether it's a pattern or a cause. It is never a cause.

FOOD, FOUR WAYS

Photograph the meal, scan the barcode, read the label, or just type the name in. The numbers come from a nutrition database rather than from a model's imagination, and the app names which of the four it used every time.

No food gets a grade here. Describing what something is made of is not the same as ranking what you chose to eat, and I only do the first one.

ALSO IN HERE

• Cycle prediction that copes with cycles that don't behave • Lab results tracked over time — AMH, testosterone, HbA1c and nine more • Ask me about your own record, in your own words • 74 exercises and eight sessions, none of them assigned to you • What the research actually says about supplements, including where it says very little • A goal weight you set for yourself, and the daily energy that follows from it • Reminders that only ever say take, never log • Steps, weight, workouts and sleep from Apple Health, read-only — nothing is written back

WHAT I WON'T DO

No streaks. No guilt about the fortnight you didn't log. No opinion on your weight or your dinner. And no diagnosis — I'm a record, not a doctor. What I'm for is making sure the person who is one has something in front of her.

FREE, AND PREMIUM

Logging, your full history and the doctor report are free forever, and nothing you have already written down is ever locked away. Premium adds the pattern-finding, cycle prediction, chat, lab tracking and food tracking beyond the free monthly entries. Seven days free first, so you can find out whether I turn up anything in your record. If I don't, the app still does the thing you came for.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2 — 2026-09-07

Sleep from Apple Health, and a few things redrawn.

• Hours your watch already recorded now fill in the nights you didn't type. What you entered yourself is never overwritten — and how the night went stays your answer, because Apple Health records stages and durations and has no field for whether it was any good. That's the more useful half of the question, and it was always going to be yours.

• The five mood faces are drawn now, and so is the water jar. They were made out of code, and code is not very good at a mouth.

• Three screens carry their name in handwriting. They were supposed to all along — something else in the app had been quietly replacing the font, with no error anywhere to say so.

• Dark mode stopped turning the drawings inside out. A dark disc with a white outline reads as a hole rather than a face.

• And there's a Rate PCOS Juno row in Settings now, if it's been useful.

### 1.1 — 2026-09-05

Four fixes, three of which you would have noticed and one of which you wouldn't.

• Cancel a barcode, label or typed food lookup and the entry comes back. It used to be spent whether or not anything reached your log — which meant a wrong match cost you one of your free three, and the bad matches were mine.
• The camera's dark no longer follows you out of it. The review screen, the timeline and the workout player all open in the theme you chose rather than the one the phone chose.
• Food matching got better at telling a food from a description of one. "Brown rice, cooked" was losing to a rice cracker.
• And the one you wouldn't have seen: when a subscription ended, the app didn't always notice until it was next restarted.
