### 5/5 — Love this app

*2026-08-18*

This is the only time I have ever left a review for an app. This app is great. It’s so user friendly and it’s the only way I’ve ever tracked macros consistently. The recipes are great and it has helped me manage my PCOS so much. I highly recommend it

### 4/5 — Glitchy

*2026-08-06*

The whole point is to log food but it won’t let me put my keyboard away so I can’t click the “done logging” or whatever the button says - I don’t know because I can’t see it

Edit- I was able to log using the ai and it also sent in a bug report for me. I’m good with the ai as a work around

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2026-08-04*

Don’t understand why you have to pay $60 to use an app that was made for women to help them with their PCOS. This is extremely angry seeing how we already don’t have really a way to manage it but when we find a way we have to pay for it.

### 1/5 — Refused my Refund

*2026-07-29*

I downloaded this app to help with my recent PMOS diagnosis. As many other reviews have stated, you cannot trial the app without paying for it. This is where I should have just left it but I wanted to give it a shot. This app is not what I was expecting, and in attempting to get a refund for the yearly membership I did NOT want they denied it. I’m currently appealing, but beyond frustrated. Just another app profiting off of women’s health.

### 5/5 — App review!!

*2026-07-07*

Underneath the Today’s Habits there is:
Today’s workouts:

In the top right corner of the section there is a little button that says log workouts with a little plus sign, click it and you’ll get a little pop up section that says:
Log Workout:
Activity: (and press choose activity and there will be a ton of different ones, that way you don’t to struggle to remember what the exercise you might’ve just done is called hahaha)
Under activity there is:
When (which is just where you put in when (date, time) you did the activity)
Under that is:
Duration: (how long you did that specific activity for)

And then there is a little section under Duration called:
Notes (you can add stuff like (and this is exactly what it says btw): specific exercises, pace, distance, how it felt, calories burned, etc,) I’m not sure if it gives you any advice once you log it as I haven’t done that yet, so you’ll have to find that out yourself, but it does show how la y colorines you burned and stuff)

It also gives you an option to get a guided workout, click that button that says "guided workout” and it’ll take you to a little section that asks:

How much time do you have today?
And you can say: 15, 20, or 30 min

And then it’ll ask:
What equipment do you have today?
And it’ll have options to click:
No equipment; dumbbells; or gym access

And then at the bottom there will be a button that says:
Create workout! Click it and it’ll create a workout for you and it will give you exercises and there will be a button that says: begin guided workout at the bottom

(Also, it says that rest period area included between exercises so don’t worry about figuring that out on your own!)

Underneath "Today’s Workouts” is:
Weight Progress:
There will be a pink button that says: log workout, click it and it’ll take you to a little section that allows you to put in (I’m assuming that days) weight.

That’s the home page!!

The recipes page is next to it but I went over some stuff in it but I’ll just add this:
You can search up stuff that is dairy free too I think.

(This is the 2nd part of my review!)

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2026-07-03*

Another app exploiting women’s health issues for money. You can’t even preview the app without paying for it. Very disappointing for many women who aren’t able to afford a subscription right now.

### 2/5 — Payment plan

*2026-06-26*

The app seems amazing but the payment plan is very confusing and somewhat coming off a scammy, when I first unload the app, it does offer a free trial but it also below that offers a 6.99 I took that offer, but then looked at my Apple Store and it showed that it would’ve taken the 70 something dollars as a whole and there was no 6.99 payment plan. Don’t know if it’s the Apple Store or the app itself, but I do not want to take the risk. When I do go to see payment plans connected to the app. It only shows 20 something dollars per month. So what happened to the 6.99 per month payment plan?

### 1/5 — Highly inaccurate and missing features

*2026-06-14*

The app collects a large amount of data (weight, exercise, steps, habits), but it doesn’t appear to use that information in any meaningful way to personalize recommendations. For a premium-priced subscription, I expected much more functionality and integration between features. Additionally, the exercise logging is extremely innacurate for certain exercises, while no app can calculate burned calories perfectly, the estimates provided here are often far from realistic. For the sake of a fair review - the food logging is helpful as it’s specific to PCOS needs. I’ve never left a review for an app before but a lot is missing here and the app is clearly still in its early stages, can you really be charging us such a premium price for this?

### 5/5 — PCOS Polly has been life changing

*2026-06-12*

PCOS Polly is a game changer! It’s helped me so much in managing my goals. I love the recommendations it gives when inputting meals. There is so much conflicting information on the internet in regards to what to eat/what not to eat, the chat with Polly has made grocery shopping easy!

### 1/5 — Expensive

*2026-06-01*

Far too expensive!! How are we supposed to pay as well as suffer physically! I am a student and don’t earn anything so cannot pay yet I am in pain
