I paid for this once and made sure that there was no recurring charges and low and behold I was charged $53 and somehow they still had my card info. I’m beyond upset with this entire app and the fact I couldn’t find anywhere for recurring charges or subscriptions.

It is a calorie tracker if that. The food scanner doesn’t work properly and the “articles” are common information and could be found anywhere.

I downloaded this app to see if it would be beneficial for me. I immediately realized it wasn’t and cancelled the app. However, today I was randomly charged $99.99 for an app I do not use. This is absolutely ridiculous and should not be something anyone should have to deal with!

Another company preying on people with PCOS/PMOS. Downloaded the app last year to see what it was all about, but the cost was prohibitive so I didn’t subscribe to get further into the app. They started charging my Apple Pay and we somehow missed it on our statement- $100 every three months. When I open the app I get the pay wall, my Apple subscriptions doesn’t show the app at all (even though their support page says that’s where you cancel a subscription), and I’m unable to log in because I have no password.

This company will not issue a refund unless (the only reason) is it is not working for you after 14 days, but before 40 days after your purchase or automatic renewal. They will cancel your plan for you, but not issue you a refund.

I tried this app for a couple days and canceled right away. They are still trying to take out money from my account every single day. I have emailed their Support email eight times and I get the same generic robot response. This company and this app is a joke. I legitimately cannot get a hold of anybody.

I tried canceling 3 months ago, only to find out it didn’t go through. Says I can cancel through Apple. Nope. Doesn’t show up. Now, after their support failed to help me, charged $100 again. And I “don’t qualify for a refund”. 

Do yourself a favor. Just don’t sign up for this. 

You’ve been warned.
