(October 2025). This cancellation worked. I’ve now had my bank contact me to block payment requests from this app, several months after I ended my subscription. My bank recognised the fraud and cancelled it, but they’ve tried to collect money 20+ times in the last week. Fortunately, my bank is diligent enough. Do not sign up to this app/service. ### 1/5 — BUYER BEWARE *2026-04-10, version 1.14.1* Do not download this app! I am fighting with them to refund $143.17 that was taken off my card on April 1st. I downloaded the app on December 28th 2025 after seeing ads on social media. It is nothing like the ads say. I had uninstalled the app by end of January. There is nothing in subscriptions on Apple or on the app itself to cancel your “membership”. Without follow up or warning on April 1 a charge was applied to my card and the banks can’t dispute it because of the hidden terms and conditions. Save yourself the money and don’t even download. It also doesn’t help that it’s impossible to go through the website to cancel too. ### 1/5 — SCAM DO NOT DOWNLOAD *2026-03-26, version 1.14.0* Paid $34 for a years subscription to even be able to use the app. The app was not as helpful as advertised, there is not even a function to track water and the message portal was some bogus ai answer if you asked a question. So I cancelled my subscription knowing I was going to lose out on the $34, but I was okay with it. A couple months later I get a random charge for $99.99 and had to cancel my card and dispute with my bank!!! The subscription was no where on the website or on the apple store so they just blatantly tried to take my money for an app I was not using. Trash app, sketchy website. SAVE YOUR TIME ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-03-24, version 1.14.0* This app will start a subscription without your approval. Subscription doesn’t show up under Apple subscriptions and you will have to fight to stop. Do not download. ### 1/5 — Charged my card without permission *2026-03-20, version 1.13.0* I downloaded this app back in December, I had it for a couple days. Like any other app I went into my subscriptions and canceled it. Now 3 months later I have a $100 charge to my bank account, even know I CANCELED. The only way to contact the company is through email, which is always a red flag. And by the reviews of everyone else on here it looks like I’m just another who got scammed. Looks like I’ll have to cancel my card because this company is shady and taking money without permission ### 1/5 — Unethical business practices, buyer beware. *2026-03-20, version 1.13.0* This company will not refund the $99 automatic fee unless you purchase from their website (not from the App Store) and prove to them why their app does not work. Changing your mind or finding another more helpful app are not acceptable reasons. Last I checked this was a free country and changing your mind is acceptable. Do not waste your time and money! The business is set to be able to sign up easy but impossible to see if you actually ended your subscription. When I went to dispute with the company over charges when it appeared on my end that I canceled the membership their response was because I purchased through the App Store and not through a health website I was not eligible for a refund. Downloaded the app last year to see what it was all about, but the cost was prohibitive so I didn’t subscribe to get further into the app. They started charging my Apple Pay and we somehow missed it on our statement- $100 every three months. When I open the app I get the pay wall, my Apple subscriptions doesn’t show the app at all (even though their support page says that’s where you cancel a subscription), and I’m unable to log in because I have no password. ### 1/5 — No Refund *2026-05-22, version 1.15.1* $100 was charged to my card to automatically renew this app after one year. This company will not issue a refund unless (the only reason) is it is not working for you after 14 days, but before 40 days after your purchase or automatic renewal. They are still trying to take out money from my account every single day. I have emailed their Support email eight times and I get the same generic robot response. This company and this app is a joke.
