For example, you can track what effects the new diet, or the new workout you started a few weeks back will have on your daily and monthly PCOS symptoms. Moreover, you can share the data with your health advisors, so as to have a clear communication, that may help plan your treatment and management of your condition better.

### 2/5 — Great but not quite right

*2025-05-08*

The app is fine I guess, but I noticed it’s missing a few things like ability to track pain so I emailed them and the email was undeliverable? What? So idk if it’s worth it to keep using it

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2024-12-10*

The app seems to believe the date on my phone is not correct and will not let me use the app

### 3/5 — an issue appeared.

*2024-06-07*

I really loved the app but now the app doesn’t open anymore it tells me to wait then time out.

### 3/5 — can’t go back more than a month??

*2023-02-02*

I just got the app today, & I hadn’t gotten my period since December. So, I wanted to mark it, but it doesn’t let me go back further than January….

### 1/5 — Confusing and not fully for pcos

*2022-03-10*

The app is somewhat confusing to use but when it comes to the period tracker on it, it’s just not helpful at all. It only lets you go up to 10 days of flow and personally every flow of mine can last 3-6 months or more. And it would be helpful to keep track of how heavy the flow is and each day how the period pains were. If i could add how long my flows are and maybe track if it was a light or heavy even extra heavy days) I’d definitely give the app another try and possibly give more stars because it does have potential it’s just not being utilized great

### 1/5 — Error

*2021-10-25*

I just installed the app and it gives an error message when I attempt to “Get started”.

### 2/5 — Spams with notifications

*2021-10-23*

I would be rating this higher but I had to turn notifications off because I get 7+ notifications from you guys daily. No one and not any other app sends me these kinds of alerts. Most if not all of it I find to be unimportant or not worth sending me a notification for. I liked having the notifications on because it helped remind me to use the app. But this has become a giant nuisance and I finally had to opt out of notifications in my settings today. It would be appreciated if this problem would be fixed and you guys wouldn't spam with notifications for things that really don't matter.

**Developer response:** Hi shsksoxd, Thanks for writing. Really sorry about this. We have fixed the issue. Hope you are able to track your symptoms and periods hassle-free now!

### 4/5 — It’s ok.

*2021-10-08*

So far it’s awesome. I really hate how after 20 mins of using an app the little box pops up.
I would add more options to the education though. Technical college is the thing and so is heaven associates degree but if you don’t consider that having an associates degree just some college with no degree, I guess I’ll just stay wrong on this and support our nurses and hospitals staff anyways.

### 1/5 — Inaccurate

*2021-02-23*

I log my symptoms every day and when I click on the graphs to compare each day, they’re all wrong! Each day I log how severe my symptoms are, yet the graphs input things I’ve never logged. Waste of time and effort.

### 5/5 — Detailed tracking ....

*2019-11-21*

Detailed surveys for tracking. Would love to see more analytics
