Doesn’t work with phones properly. The main reason I don’t like the service is that the lack of clarity on anything. You can’t see how much your balance is from contributions vs dividends vs gains… it doesn’t even tell you how your dividends are being redistributed. I think this would be valuable information to understand how your investments are working! Very disappointing for a service that is responsible for so many people’s retirement. ### 1/5 — Errors *2023-03-04, version 2.2.0* Only errors. No help at all. Called customer service. Hung on me twice. Which didn’t work, no surprise. But then there is no option to create an account or to even contact them? EVERY time i log on using the app i have to wait for a text message to verify my identity due to an unrecognized device; the device i’ve been using since i created my account. You can’t do anything from your phone and you can hardly view the information on your account. The actual web version isn’t very intuitive either but that’s really the only way to access your account and view your plans or make any changes. They apparently like to do it whenever there is major fluctuations in the stock market and if you’re ever interested in making a withdrawal, expect them to also change your personal information to make it less convenient for you to make a withdrawal. They are an unapologetically bad service to be using. couldn’t recommend them less to anybody else. ### 1/5 — Can’t view my account *2024-06-25, version 3.1.0* Login successfully it just takes me through to website and asks me to login again. Trash. ### 1/5 — Completely Broken *2024-05-21, version 3.0.0* I’m able to login on the website just fine, but the app won’t accept my MFA code, saying it’s invalid. Not impressed. ### 1/5 — Awful *2024-01-19, version 2.2.0* User interface is garbage. Half the time it tells me I cannot log in because my password is incorrect. Log in on a desktop with same info no problem at all. A lot of the functions seem to work better on a computer than on a phone, it isn’t optimized for the touch screen. That being said, it works and i’m keeping track of my funds, so I’ll give it 3 stars. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t serve any practical use *2024-09-08, version 3.1.0* Usually, the reason for a mobile app is to create a mobile-friendly user interface, but unfortunately it’s the same interface as the website. No access to see what type of growth/losses my accounts have experienced.
