Great way to help manage my accounts, didn’t have to call to make payments or make changes. It hasn’t worked for over a year, I see everyone making the same complaint and nothing being done about it. The complaint: The screen freezes and you can’t click “I understand” Additionally, I have an issue with their website as well, constantly being told an “error occurred” regardless of the device or browser I’m using. If I want to make a payment the only way to do it is calling in. People are trying to clean up their debt, it’s already a difficult thing in itself, that means this should be a process made more easy and actually ACCESSIBLE to people.
