There’s no context to work from. Also, contacting the VPC gets you the ship it’s on with anticipated arrival date; why can’t that info be integrated into the app for a quick click to one of the many maritime tracking sires? Would like to add dates of when everything occurs and have my account stay logged in always. The same login you used to create and account when you scheduled the appointment is the same login. Make sure you keep the paperwork given to you upon turn in. The only way to track your vehicle on the app is by using the shipping instruction number located on the vehicle inventory report. My car has a gps locator via the Mercedes app so I was able to track it that way so if your car has something similar honestly that works too. That’s pretty much the purpose of the app as well to see any appointments you have scheduled. It’s just a straight to the point app ### 3/5 — I mean…sure *2022-08-14, version 2.5* It works but really it’s not good for much of anything. It tells me my car made it out of the ocean (off the boat) but not when. It says in transit (on the truck) but not for how long. I think just adding simple dates and times like any other delivery/tracking service is the absolute minimum that could be done. Please add how long the vehicle has been at each check in/location. For example at HNL VPC 15 July 2022 until 20 July 2022. On vessel from 21 July - 5 August and so on. I don’t care about times so much. But I would love to be able to say okay, my car should arrive in x number of days because it’s been on the truck for 7 days… That is all. No biggie otherwise. It’s nice to know my car is getting here lol!! ### 4/5 — App works great *2020-12-31, version 2.4* I am able to track my vehicle no problem and the app is very helpful I have a few recommendations to which I think will make it better and put people at ease. - add a section where is shows the date and location Of the most recent update. I.e ship departed Los Angeles 16 December 2020 - name of company that operates the ship carrying your vehicle. - updates if your carrier stops in another port for a brief stop and then it's departure date. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2019-07-31, version 1.3* I can log in with the correct information while on a computer but this app will not at all allow me to log in. I’ve even reset the password through the prompts available on the app itself and it still refuses to accept the correct login information. If the developers aren’t going to fix the app they should delete it and quit wasting the limited time people have while going through the type of transition that necessitates shipping vehicles across the globe. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Tracker Is Not Accurate *2025-02-20, version 2.8* I don’t usually write reviews but here we go. I downloaded this application to track the status of my vehicle from OCUNUS to Mainland. I tracked my vehicle through the app, as it showed on mainland. Hours later my vehicle sent out a signal, when I tracked through the vehicle’s GPS, it is still in OCUNUS location even though the app says it’s on mainland. After that experience, I can no longer trust the app. 1 star has been awarded due to this experience. Hopes this helps someone. ### 1/5 — Trash. Call the center yourself *2024-05-27, version 2.8* This app is trash. It will not tell you when available appointments are, you have to call the support line to see if appointments are available because the app won’t give availability. Then after calling the appointment line, you have to use the app to schedule appointments for the available dates you had to call about because the appointment line can’t schedule appointments. When I sign-in and select my vehicle it just closes the app. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2021-05-10, version 2.4* Entered my email and stated it was awaiting a code that was sent to my email. I had some side issues having to reset my password with the website, but the app synced up immediately. Whatever updates to fix previous problems must have worked! I dropped off my vehicle and was able to pull up my vehicle information within a few hours given the shipping number assigned in paperwork. The registration process was simple and straightforward. I haven’t had any issues logging in or having to log back in multiple times. It has allowed me to get a daily update of if I can pick up my car or not, and how fast things are moving. It also allows you to track scheduled appointments. Only issue was figuring out that I needed to type my shipping instruction number in the search bar to get details on what step my car was at. If they’d just give some sort of UI cue to let you know that you type it there, then I’d given this app 5 stars. ### 4/5 — Bug fix *2021-04-12, version 2.4* Overall great app. Just needs a fix on the interface as it’s hard to select the drop down on the top right as the time/battery/network is too close together.
