This a review but better yet a question to the team behind it. Why does the app still crash when closing loads after two years? Why can you no longer manually put in box information? You cannot do anything with this app because it’s constantly kicking you out. On Apple iPhone, you have the forward facing camera at the very top of the screen beside your power bars and your time and the red flashy message comes up right across there and you can’t read it so you have no way of knowing exactly what is being said to you to fix you? You have no idea. You put in a little bit of information. It’s almost like this app works when it wants to not when you need it to you can’t tell whether it’s gonna accept the information that you’ve put in or it’s gonna kick you out. Or go to previous page so u can revert and the map location is good but if u can have the odd ball directions available in the map directive would be a lot of help. I use gps mostly but I get direct in best route paths. Idk if I have ever legally been sent or taken directions in the best path route. Maybe when you send the text messed, include where the terminal is so I can see where it is. Most job site or terminals are out of cell coverage areas so when the app try’s to refresh, it can’t so I need to drive to where I have service just to know where to go. ### 3/5 — Don’t do new update *2022-06-30, version 1.4.2* The new update keeps force closing every time you click on something ### 3/5 — Design flaw? *2019-03-18, version 1.1.4* In the old propX app we had the option to scan the boxes or manually input the box numbers. This app doesn’t allow that so when the box won’t scan, we have to contact dispatch and wait for dispatch to manually input box numbers. Would save drivers and dispatchers time if we had that manual option back.
