Have to revert to the web based service often. Network connection. Well, no network issues when I log in with the website. Super unreliable. Will likely end with crew not seeing changes.

The app continuously crashes every single time you open it, requiring you to re login. It’s infuriating!! This is supposed to be an application for the airline industry. Why can this not be sorted out!!

The app is down (error connecting to the server etc) for long hours or even a full day like March 22, 2024. Unacceptable. 
Also missing basic features that we need. Don’t be surprised if people prefer to use web version of the rosters.

**Developer response:** We are sorry that you are facing issues with the PDC CrewConnex app. Please contact your back office for assistance. They can then create a support ticket on the Customer Portal if any help is needed from PDC. Next version of PDC CrewConnex app will include more features.

It crashes so often and throws up random error codes and is unusable for days then works again. Just unreliable.

Good but an option to remember login credentials would be nice. Or perhaps prevent the app from logging you out.

The app is great, just missing some features like monthly block hours and saving my login details so i don’t have to input my info every time

Wow. Finally, PDC have created an application instead of trying to navigate the horrendous web based roster. First impressions are good except it seems to be missing a calendar integration feature to put duties into your normal calendar which is a main feature of third-party Roster integration apps.
