ファイルの読み込みができません。返金して欲しいです。

PDFは、画面のパネルを開いて「Open」ボタンからファイルを選択していただくことで読み込むことができます。
一度こちらの方法をお試しいただけますでしょうか。

なお、設定で「ボタン表示」をオフにすると、
スクロール中に画面をタップして設定パネルを開き、
パネルから各機能を操作できます。

また、「PDFが読み込めない」という報告も一部ありますが、
問題なくご利用いただけたとのこと、確認できて安心しました。

今後も安定性と使いやすさの改善を続けてまいります。

そもそもpdfを読み込めない。返金してほしい。

iCloudの同期状況やファイル形式、端末の環境によって
読み込みに失敗する場合があります。

お手数ですが、以下をご確認ください。
・PDFファイルが完全にダウンロードされているか
・対応している一般的なPDF形式であるか
・最新バージョンのアプリを使用しているか

返金につきましてはAppleのポリシーにより、
開発者側では対応できません。

It only lets you scroll down in high speed. You can slow down, but not sufficiently slow, for exemple, to read music.
