### 1/5 — Bad app

Can’t open/import any pdf file with this app

**Developer response:** Hello! Please download and use the latest version. Thank you for using our software. If you have any questions or suggestions, you can use the "Feedback to the author" in the software, or email us directly: contact.arwer@gmail.com, thank you!

There are many ways to import and export PDF, such as:
1. In "My Documents", click on the "Export/Share" icon on the right side of the file to export.
2. In any third-party program, as long as it supports PDF file sharing, you can choose this program to open it. Such as Good Reader.
3. In "My Documents", click "Connect" to upload and download files directly on the computer and iPhone/iPad.
4. In the "Files" program of the iOS system, you can directly see all the files in the "My Documents" of this program.
5. After the device is connected to the mac computer, use iTunes File Share (macOS 10.14-) or Finder (macOS 10.15+).
