It freezes from the start, and despite giving it access to all my photos, it keeps saying it can’t gain access to it. Very useful and so far has worked really well. When I got a new IPad I downloaded this App. Since I couldn’t find a link to upgrade my account based on my Apple ID, I decided to go ahead and pay again with link at the bottom. Every time I try to do this the program hangs forcing a hard reboot = turn off with power button then restart. I have dozens of PDF documents saved in this app. Imagine my horror when I tried to open it and got a message that the app needs to be updated for my current version of iOS, which is 14.6. This app is only written for iOS 11. I emailed support about the issue, they sent me a bunch of useless information about how to transfer my files and whatnot, and failed to inform me if they are going to update the app so I can continue to use it and retrieve my documents. All of a sudden though, it starts crashing with every attempt I make to open ANY .PDF file. After a short time of frustration, I noticed that the app had updated to a new version (the first one for a year!!!). I am sure this is what is causing the problem.
