Although they say "your files are immediately deleted from the server" I really wish this Conversion system was all internal. ### 3/5 — Once you buy it, you cannot cancel it *2021-11-24, version 2.1* Just bought PDF Converter. The Support button in the app doesn't work (MacBook Pro/Monterey) so I cannot cancel my purchase. It does create a file, but the file is a photo!! And you cannot even see the entire page! And it is not editable being a photo. It does say, "docx" at the end, very very strange... but it is a jpeg just the same, made from a PDF... when you choose: PDF to Word. One of my most favorite features was being able to drop your files into the convertor. It loses a star or two because it appears to be impossible to cancel the free trial despite their claims that you can cancel within the app (which I cannot find). I have zero tolerance for apps or services that intentionally make it hard to cancel.
