For a product called “PDF Editor” it doesn’t even do that. And good luck getting customer support. It was really hard to figure out how to just open a pdf, and when I did it stripped all the formatting from the PDF, leaving the original PDF totally worthless. The tools for split and merge are designed to work without affecting formatting, so what you experienced isn’t the usual behavior. The completed form ends up looking like it was completed by a Kindergartener.
