I signed up for a free trial. Within 15 minutes of that three day trial i had cancelled. Disappointed in the text editing capabilities or rather lack thereof. The terms and conditions blatantly state you will not be charged if you cancel 24 hours before the trial ends, and i did that. Under my manage subscriptions showing it was cancelled within 15 minutes. So i go to download again. It shows i have not cancelled on their end or at least it appears as such. When i click cancel in the app it directs me to my subscriptions saying it was already cancelled. I don’t care the price. I care i was charged. Have documented everything about this. And i have reported a problem to Apple. Next disputing their charge. And does anyone reach out from this app?  No.

Macht so ziemlich nichts gut, da gibt es zahklreiche bessere Alternativen, die mir nicht die Datein irgendwohin verschieben, ewig brauchen um Dateien hochzuladen, oder gar nicht erst funktionieren.

unfortunately they didn’t change anything as was promised 3 years ago. Edit text feature are not available in trial version. 
Literally of pay in advance before testing the tool or get lost:(

recently tried the PDF editor, and I was excited to give it a go during the free trial. However, I encountered a significant issue that has left me quite frustrated.

Despite being in the middle of the free trial period, I was unexpectedly charged for a subscription. This was not communicated to me clearly when I signed up, and I feel misled. I expected to have the full trial duration to explore the app's features without being billed prematurely.

While the behavior you describe isn't at all possible, because the trial is handled entirely on Apple's side, as a precaution we went ahead and moved away from collecting payment details, to giving people a free 7 day trial without commitment. Our newest app version additionally contains a lot of improvements, so we hope to see you back there!
As for the particular issue you have experienced, unfortunately Apple does not provide a way for developers to issue cancellations or refunds. You may contact them directly to check for cancellation or refund options. Thank you for understanding.

I downloaded the free trial for this app and it worked and performed as it should. When I went to cancel the free trial for some odd reason the subscription had completely disappeared from my subscription and purchase history. Not wanting to be charged the ridiculous amount of 83.99 I contact Apple support to see if they could cancel for me. Apple never canceled after they said they would, I was charged, and after I was charged the 80+ dollars the app reappears in my purchase history. This sure is a great way to ensure the app creator is paid. I’m pretty sure this isn’t legal so I’m exploring all legal actions at this point.

This app does what no others don’t. There are soo many options and tools. So many hours spent getting no where on my computer. This app allowed me to finish my paper in no time. Highly recommended.

I like the app very much, i am able to annotate files without needing ti spend money unlike most other apps
However there is one thing that im a bit concerned about, and that is that I am not able to edit the file with different devices despite both devices are logged in with the same account
Overall i think its a great app

I was editing an Invoice and need to insert logo, remove a background and add signature. I’m impressed how this app are able to do all this. I tested other apps and they didn't do all that I need. It’s a very complete tool, you can edit everything. I recommend it.
