It’s very good app but alas I am not able to purchase it. Every time I try to click on the buy button it gives me an error popup: Error The receipt is not valid.

Sorry about the trouble with purchasing—and thank you for flagging the “Receipt is not valid” popup. This usually points to an App Store receipt verification issue. Please try these steps:

Update the app to the latest version from the App Store.

Open the App Store, tap your profile, and check if the purchase shows as Pending. If it does, wait for Apple to finish processing, then open the app and tap Settings > Restore Purchase.

Make sure you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID.

Settings > General > Date & Time > Set Automatically = On.

Try a different network (switch Wi-Fi/cellular), then retry.

Restart the iPhone.

App Store > profile > Media & Purchases > Sign Out, then Sign In again and try the purchase once more.

If it still fails, please email us at support@livebirdtechnologies.com with:
- A screenshot of the error
- Your device model and iOS version
- Your country/region and the plan you’re trying to buy.
- The approximate time you attempted the purchase

Acquistata la versione Pro per convertire PDF in Word. Funziona bene con i testi ma non con le immagini che si sovrappongono al testo. Non ha un costo eccessivo ma se non funziona non serve a molto.

I have had this app for, probably, a couple of years and everything was fine, until one of the updates deleted the “Imported Files“ folder and all of my files contained therein. Unfortunately, even though I had this app backed up on the cloud, none of the files/documents could be found. Save your time, money, and, most importantly, your documents, and find something else.

wenn man eine PDF erstellt hat fehlt zudem auch noch ein Button um diese zu verschieben.
Die Idee mit dem Button „hochladen“ und als Duplikat halten ist nicht schlecht. Ich möchte aber einfach nur vom ursprünglichen Speicherort in einen anderen gänzlich wie zb, cloudordner verschieben.

In Verbindung mit dem Audio Recorder vom selben Entwickler nicht zu empfehlen.

30 Minuten Termin ergibt ca 1/2 A4 Seite von dem was da besprochen wurde - eigene Notizen waren in Strichpunkten deutlich mehr.

Der herausgehörte und niedergeschriebene Text stimmen nicht überein. Was auch immer hier verarbeitet wurde, meine Aufnahme war es anscheinend nicht.

Weitere Funktionen wurden nicht getestet.

Bitte stellen Sie vor dem Start der Transkription sicher, dass in der Sprachliste die richtige Sprache ausgewählt ist, da eine falsche Sprache zu fehlendem oder fehlerhaftem Text führen kann.

This app is a straight up scam! I literally bought the pro version that said it was lifetime. Now it says I need to purchase the upgrade for “lifetime” usage and I purchased that and I still can’t use the app for what I bought it for! It’s literally just stealing my money! False advertisement 100%

If you purchased the app before January 7, 2025, the Pro version you bought provided access to many tools, including advanced features like editing and annotating PDFs. Due to recent updates, certain new features now fall under the Pro Plus plan, which is available for a one-time purchase. After January 7, 2025, the app price was updated to $9.99, and new users get full access to the app (excluding send fax and online PDF conversion), also as a lifetime use model.

Man kann die erstellten PDF nicht mehr mit einem Button kopieren, sondern muss jede PDF aus der App heraus versenden, das ist sehr nachteilig!

Trotz Vollversion, soll man wieder Geld für Funktionen ausgeben. Ein PDF drehen klappt nicht. Meiner Meinung nach: ABZOCKE!

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

Ihre App habe ich erworben, weil manche PDF-Dateien, die ich erstelle, mitunter zu groß sind, um sie hochzuladen. Das ist v.a. dann der Fall, wenn eine Höchstgrenze für die hochzuladende Datei festgelegt ist.

Für diese Aufgabe finde ich Ihre App sehr gut geeignet, und mir ist es leicht gefallen, die Funktion für das Komprimieren zu nutzen. Man kann sich gut in der App zurecht finden.

Die schlechte Übersetzung ins Deutsche stört nicht ernsthaft, geschenkt. Aus dem Zusammenhang wird überall deutlich, was gemeint ist.

Mir gefällt besonders die wählbare Qualität der zu erzeugenden komprimierten PDF-Datei. Für mich ist es nützlich, dass PDF-Dokumente mit Text und Fotos beachtlich verkleinert werden, wenn man die höchste Qualitätsstufe auswählt (95%).

Bitte beachten Sie, dass Ihre Online-Funktion zum Komprimieren nicht korrekt arbeitet. Wenn ich zum Komprimieren eine PDF-Datei mit A4-Seiten hochlade, wird eine komprimierte Version ausgegeben, die leider nur A5-Seiten enthält anstelle der A4-Seiten im Original.

Im neuesten Update hat sich leider ein Fehler eingeschlichen: Beim Komprimieren offline werden manche Zeichensätze bzw. Schriftarten nicht mehr gefunden. Das führt zu unerwünschten Zeichen in dem geschriebenen Text.

Vielleicht könnten Sie etwas verbessern in der App. Ich wünsche Ihnen weiterhin alles Gute.

Vielen Dank für Ihre ausführliche Rückmeldung und die positiven Worte zur Komprimierung und den Qualitätsstufen. Zur Klarstellung: PDF Export bietet ausschließlich eine Offline-Komprimierung; es gibt keinen Online-Schritt. Die ursprüngliche Seitengröße sollte erhalten bleiben. Wenn A4 nach der Komprimierung zu A5 wird, handelt es sich um einen Fehler, den wir schnell beheben möchten.

Wir untersuchen die zwei von Ihnen genannten Punkte:

Änderung der Seitengröße nach der Komprimierung. Wir prüfen Fälle, in denen A4-Seiten verkleinert werden, und bereiten eine Korrektur vor.

Fehlende Schriften oder falsche Zeichen bei der Offline-Komprimierung. Wir testen bereits einen Fix. Als vorläufige Hilfe stellen Sie bitte sicher, dass die Schriften im Ausgangs-PDF eingebettet sind (Export als PDF/A oder “Drucken als PDF” aus dem Erstellungsprogramm), bevor Sie komprimieren.

Pretty good and versatile. It does virtually everything one can think of with pdf. Offline works very well. Thankfully one time purchase rather than subscription. Online pdf actions cost extra but offline quality is fine for me. Thanks to developer.
