## What is PDF Extractor?

Take the pages you need from a PDF and save them as a new document. PDF Extractor works on Mac, iPhone and iPad, with all processing done on your device.

Pick pages at a glance
See your document as a grid of thumbnails. Select pages individually, enter a range such as 1-3, 5, 8-10, or use quick selections for all, odd or even pages. Resize the thumbnails and show only your selection to check it before exporting.

Choose chapters by name
If the PDF has bookmarks, select whole chapters and sections from its table of contents. Search by name and combine the sections you need. Relevant bookmarks are kept and updated for the new page numbers.

Save, share or print
Export your selection as a new PDF, share it with another app or print just those pages. Preview the result with Quick Look. Suggested file names include the page range or chapter name so your exports are easy to recognise.

Keep pages clear
Text and vector graphics stay sharp, and rotated pages keep their orientation. Open password-protected PDFs with the document's password. Your original file stays unchanged.

Work privately, even offline
PDF Extractor processes documents on your device. It does not upload your PDFs or collect usage data. There are no accounts, ads or analytics. You choose where exported files are saved or shared.

Requires macOS 26, iOS 26 or iPadOS 26 or later.
