## What is PDF Fit?

Turn any workout PDF into a program you can actually track — set by set, week by week.

No PDF? Answer a few questions and PDF Fit builds a complete program around your goals, your equipment and the days you can train. Week 1 is free to train.

IMPORT ANY WORKOUT PDF
Upload the plan your coach gave you, or one you found online, and PDF Fit reads it into weeks, days, exercises, sets and reps. No manual data entry. The parser understands real gym programming: supersets (A1/A2), RIR and RPE targets, tempo prescriptions like 3010, rest periods and cardio protocols — so what you get back matches what was written.

OR LET AI BUILD THE PROGRAM
No program to import? Answer a few quick questions — your goals, your equipment, how many days a week you can train, any injuries to work around — and PDF Fit builds one for you. Week 1 is free to train, and it is the real thing: every set you log counts and your streak starts on day one. Unlock the rest whenever you are ready, with one free rebuild within 7 days if it is not quite right.

TRAIN IT, DON'T JUST READ IT
Log every set with weight, reps and RIR. PDF Fit remembers what you lifted last time for each exercise — even mid-superset — so you can focus on lifting instead of typing. A rest timer keeps you on pace and superset mode alternates paired exercises for you.

A SCHEDULE THAT SURVIVES REAL LIFE
Choose the weekdays you train. Miss a session and it carries forward onto your next day, with the rest of the week shifting behind it, instead of being silently skipped.

TIMED AMRAP WORKOUTS
Run "as many rounds as possible" sessions against a countdown with an end-of-round buzzer, then record rounds, extra reps and the weight used. Scores are kept so you can beat your last result.

SEE THE PROGRESS
Volume charts, personal records, time-range filters and PR badges. Every record gets highlighted so you never miss a milestone.

TESTING PROTOCOLS
Strength tests with a RAMP warm-up and AMRAP-based 1RM estimation, plus cardio and bodyweight tests, all tracked over time.

18 LANGUAGES
Every screen, label and date is translated into English, Spanish, Portuguese (including Brazilian), Italian, French, German, Dutch, Russian, Greek, Polish, Turkish, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Hindi and Indonesian. Weekdays, numbers and times follow your device's region.

CHOOSE YOUR HOME SCREEN
Four Today layouts — Original, Action-First, Coach Brief and Ring Ritual. Switch any time with a tap.

ACTIVE RECOVERY
Rest days don't have to be empty. Log a walk, a rest, or a guided 5-pose stretch with a timer on each pose.

STRENGTH THROUGH PREGNANCY
A built-in 3-day weekly program with trimester-specific modification cues inside every session, an ACOG-aligned safety disclaimer and a red-flag checklist.

INTERMITTENT FASTING TIMER
Customisable presets, one-tap start and stop, and a clean log alongside your training.

WORKS OFFLINE, SYNCS LATER
Screens open instantly from cache and anything you log while offline syncs when you are back.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Explore the whole app as a guest, no account needed. When you sign up, your data comes with you. Face ID or Touch ID for quick access, and sign-in with Apple, Google or Microsoft. Export your data any time.

Your training deserves better than a notebook.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.49 — 2026-08-28

Look before you lift
You can now open any workout day just to see what is in it. Browsing a day no longer starts a workout, marks it in progress, or asks you to redo anything. A workout only begins when you log your first set.

Your progress survives everything
Leaving a workout mid-session used to risk losing your place. Now every logged set is kept no matter how the session ends: back out, switch apps, take a call, or have the app close on you, and the day simply shows Continue Workout. Reopening it puts you on the next incomplete exercise with everything you already did checked off.

Tell us when an exercise guide is wrong
Every exercise guide now has a report button at the bottom. If a video does not match, a step is unclear, or a name looks off, send it through and we will fix it. Available in all supported languages.

Plus smaller fixes and improvements to make future updates better and faster.

### 1.0.48 — 2026-08-23

Your workout now has an ending
Finishing a session used to drop you back to a list. Now you get a summary of what you actually did: exercises, sets, time trained and your streak, plus a one-tap reminder so your next session is already scheduled before you put your phone down.
Stop mid-workout without losing it
Short on time? Tap Complete Workout and choose "Save and continue later". The day is marked partly completed instead of finished, and when you come back it says Continue Workout: every set you already logged is ticked off and you start on the exact exercise you stopped at. No more redoing the whole session.
Planks and carries get a real timer
Exercises prescribed in seconds now show a countdown with your target time, instead of asking you to enter reps and weight for a 45 second hold.
Never lose the end of a long exercise name
Long names used to be cut off at the top of the screen, so "Kettlebell Single-Arm Clean and Press" could look like "Kettlebell Single-Arm Clean". The full name now sits on the logging card, and the exercise lists give long names the room they need.
Tap any exercise name for a guide
Get the full name, how to set up, the movement step by step, a breathing cue and the common mistakes to avoid, plus a demo video where one is available. Useful when a program hands you an exercise you have never done before.

### 1.0.46 — 2026-08-21

Timed exercises now work the way they should
Planks, wall sits, dead hangs and loaded carries are prescribed in seconds, not reps. This version gives them a proper countdown timer with your target time, instead of asking you to enter reps and weight for a 45-second hold.

Never lose the end of a long exercise name
Long exercise names used to be cut off at the top of the screen, so "Kettlebell Single-Arm Clean and Press" could look like "Kettlebell Single-Arm Clean". The full name is now shown on the logging card, and the exercise lists give long names the room they need.

Tap any exercise name for a guide
Tapping the exercise name during a workout opens a panel with the full name, how to set up, the movement step by step, a breathing cue and the common mistakes to avoid, plus a demo video where one is available. Helpful if you have ever looked at an exercise in your program and wondered what it actually is.

Better guidance across the whole library
We are adding written guides and demo videos to exercises throughout the app, including the ones that come from your own uploaded PDFs and AI-built programs.

### 1.0.45 — 2026-08-15

Reliability updates.

Signing in is now more dependable, including with Face ID.

Upgrading from a guest account keeps your in-progress program exactly as it was.

If your session expires, PDF Fit now asks you to sign in again instead of showing errors when you start a workout.

Plus small fixes and polish throughout.

### 1.0.44 — 2026-08-14

Now PDF Fit can build the program too — no PDF required.

THE AI PROGRAM BUILDER
Answer a few quick questions — your goals, your equipment, how many days a week you can train — and PDF Fit builds a complete program around you. Week 1 is free to train, and it's the real thing: every set you log counts, and your streak starts on day one. Unlock the rest whenever you're ready.

• Tell it about injuries or the kit you actually have, and the program works around them
• One free rebuild within 7 days if it isn't quite right
• Report anything that looks off, straight from the program

A NEW LOOK
PDF Fit has a new icon: a page with a barbell through it. Paper in, training out — the whole idea in one mark.

A CLEARER START
Open PDF Fit without a program and you now get a straight choice: upload a workout PDF, or have AI build one around you. No hunting through menus for the two things this app is for.

• A Getting started checklist on Today shows what's left to set up
• The welcome screen now says what PDF Fit actually does

PROGRAM CREDITS
Profile → Purchases lists your PDF imports and your program credits separately, so you can see what you're holding and top up any time. PDF Fit Pro members get program credits at a lower price.

A FASTER WAY TO YOUR NEXT SESSION
• Tap a week and it opens where you can see it, instead of below the fold
• Start Workout sits in a bar at the bottom of the screen — no scrolling past six exercises to find it
• Open a program you're training and it lands on your current week with your next session already open

FIXES
• Opening a second day in a program no longer jumps to the bottom of the page
• Your program's real length now shows on the program card
• Finishing your free week no longer marks the whole program complete
• Unlocking takes you straight to week 2, with your week-1 history intact
• The program-complete screen is now translated in all 18 languages
