It worked so well and I couldn’t have been happier! However recently I have been having problems with getting the app to work properly. I checked for current updates to the app, turned off and on my IPad. I am very disappointed with the current lack of productivity the app provides. ### 2/5 — Never Downloads Correctly *2025-10-09, version 2.14.21* The tools on this app are very glitchy and whenever you try to download your edited version of the pdf it is missing writing or moves it around. Tried it leave feedback and it told me to make an account with an email but I was not given a way to make the account so I hate this app and it’s dumb goodnight. ### 1/5 — Malfunctions *2024-06-12, version 2.14.8* This app malfunctions frequently, its very very slow and will delete your information if you add anything such as text then crashes. Please beware that if you delete and add the app again you lose all previous documents. I would not recommend this at all. I messed around with the app once or twice I believe during the free trial & forgot to cancel it the next day in time . As soon as I saw that Apple had started the process of taking my € for a 3-month subscription for the ridiculous price of €20 something, I immediately went and cancelled the subscription and applied for a refund through Apple . While they have always been forthcoming & helpful any other time, this time they wouldn’t give me my money back . I appealed their decision and even then it was a no. Here in Germany we have a 2 week timespan law where merchants are required by law to give customers their money back . This didn’t happen ! I’m not satisfied enough with this app to pay €20 for a 3month time span , especially when there are options for a year subscription and it’s €40 ! This is what happens when u try to give smaller apps as a try and they refuse refunds smh . COMPLETELY UNSATISFACTORY AND I WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY ! FYI: I don’t even use this app and it runs out in 3 days. Waste of money and a ripoff essentially. . ### 1/5 — 会自动扣费，骗子 *2024-03-22* 轻易不要下载，输入电话号验证码试用之后即使卸载了，也开始自动扣费，一次扣一季度133.00，骗子 ### 1/5 — I wrote and changed things that never appeared in the document *2024-03-19, version 2.14.2* I was trying to translate a document and switching the words from Spanish to English and it did not matter how many times I wrote and move things the document was not altered in the slightest, extremely frustrating that I had to remake the document entirely in another server instead of just doing the modifications I was trying to do when I downloaded this app and got the subscription. Maybe good for other things but it does not comply with everything the advertisement says it does. False advertisement entirely. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Just disappointed *2026-05-17, version 2.14.21* This was such a good app when I got it a year ago; as a college student it allowed me to mark up practice exams, worksheets, and anything else I might need to do with PDF for free. Now, everything is blocked behind a paywall, and it’s just simply sad to see such a good app stoop to such a low level due to pure greed.
