DO NOT PURCHASE. ### 1/5 — Will NOT expand to IPad Mini window size. *2014-09-07, version 1.3* PDF Manager says that it will zoom in on .pdf’s and other documents but it only expands to iPhone size even though they advertise that this app is for both iPads and IPhones. Also, you can only read the document in one direction so it is really inconvenient.
