It crashed and then when i reopened the file it was password protected and locked. I didn’t lock it. It locked when it crashed. I was able to replicate this error. I decided to uninstall after the second ad. If you want people to pay you, try respecting their time a little more. Provide a little more value up front before making your ask. I think this is just an iPhone app as well. I scrolled my pdf for all of 10 seconds because of negative user experience but it seems like the app is very bare bones feature wise.
