Die Dokumentensuche, also die Suche nach Begriffen, Daten und Zeichenfolgen innerhalb eines geöffneten Dokuments funktioniert perfekt. Dafür würde ich 5 Sterne vergeben. Die Datenbanksuche, also die Suche nach den gleichen Begriffen, Daten und Zeichenfolgen über alle angelegte Dokumente hinweg ist dagegen mangelhaft. So entsteht der Eindruck Dokumente wären gelöscht worden und deswegen nicht auffindbar. Hab das Problem beim Service angesprochen, es wurde allerdings nicht als Problem gesehen. Schwer nachvollziehbar dabei ist, warum nicht der perfekt arbeitende Suchalgorithmus für die Dokumentensuche nicht auch für die Datenbanksuche angewendet werden kann. Wenn ich nach einem Begriff suche, dann erwarte ich das mir Docutain wirklich alle Dokumente in der Ergebnis-Liste anzeigt in der der Begriff vorkommt, egal ob in 10 oder 1000, und nicht nur in einer Auswahl an Dokumenten bei der man nicht weiß warum das eine aber die 5 anderen nicht. Für den Privatgebrauch zu verwenden wenn man zusätzlich mit Schlagworten und Datumsangaben arbeitet, für den professionellen Einsatz mit den Mängeln in der Datenbanksuche leider unbrauchbar. Wenn die Datenbanksuche so funktioniert wie die Donumentensuche gibts gerne 5 Sterne. **Developer response:** Vielen Dank für Ihr ausführliches Feedback. Aber für den gelegentlichen privaten Gebrauch (vielleicht mal 15 Scans für die Steuererklärung) einfach zu teuer und durch die Reduzierung auf 1 Scan pro Tag in der freien Version hierfür auch nicht mehr nutzbar. Da fand ich das Wasserzeichen ja sinnvoller! Sehr Schade. Hab sie nun gelöscht… zumal auf dem iPhone eine ähnliche Funktion inzwischen integriert ist. ### 5/5 — super digitale Dokumentenverwaltung *2025-06-08* Das bisher für mein Umfeld beste Tool zur digitalen Verwaltung aller (un)möglichen Dokumente auf iPad, iPhone und Laptop. Hierfür nutze ich nun seit einigen Jahren bereits die Premium-Lizenz und kann dieses Tool wärmstens empfehlen. Via OneDrive habe ich alle Dokumente griffbereit - auch unterwegs immer auf allen Endgeräten synchronsiert! Die Verschlagwortung ist das A und O der Verwaltung, hier lässt sich alles von Dokumententypen, Absendern etc. frei definieren, so dass man super das Dokumentenmanagement an seine eigenen Bedürfnisse anpassen. Auf dem PC lassen sich via MFP im Netz Dokumente direkt in Docutain einscannen und dort verschlagworten und ablegen - super! Klar kann es mal Bugs geben, die gibts aber auch bei allen anderen Produkten. Hier hat der Support in Form einer guten Fee aber bisher immer in 5-Sterne-Manier geholfen - Danke auch von mir für die bisher geleistete Hilfe :) Docutain ist ein absolut wichtiges Werkzeug inzwischen geworden, für welches das Premium-Abo absolut gerechtfertigt, fair bepreist und mehr als sinnvoll ist. Bitte weiter so - auch mit neuen Features (z.B. Annotationen bzw.
