Pay yearly Membership yet poor service
App forgets I am a paying member. I organized my files neatly in folders, but app screwed them all up.
When I open up app, it opens as if I am a guest user instead of paying member. And it doesn’t allow me to restore my account.
Needs to improve service and acknowledging or just flat out responding.
