The conversion of Microsoft office documents into PDFs are made through Microsoft’s API.
The conversion of PDFs into Microsoft documents are made through our secure server.

Information about the auto-renewal of subscription:

Ich habe die Konvertierung von pdf nach xlsx für ein Dokument nutzen wollen und habe dafür EUR 4,99 für eine Woche Freischaltung gezahlt. Die Konvertierung ist leider nicht abgeschlossen, sondern Ihre App hängt mit der Mitteilung „Bitte warten“ seit mittlerweile 30 Minuten.
Ich bitte um Rückerstattung des gezahlten Betrags.
Vielen Dank für Ihr Verständnis und ich hoffe, dass dieses Problem zukünftig gelöst oder die App aus dem Apple Store entfernt wird.

Sorry to hear that it did not work for you.
Currently, the app does not support OCR. I assume, you should have scanned images in PDF.

You could use our other app Extractables to convert images to excel with OCR support.

We are going to bring OCR support in this app in upcoming versions.
