оплатила подписку, пытаюсь отправить файл на часы- файл не отправляется, по весу он небольшой, как было 0% так и остается…

Please make sure that your Apple Watch is properly connected to your iPhone, that the app is installed on the Watch, and that the app is open and active on the Watch screen while transferring the file. If the Watch app is not open during the transfer, the progress may remain at 0%.

If the issue persists, please contact us via Profile → Contact Us so we can assist you further.
