## What is PDF2iCal?

PDF2iCal – Your Offline Crew-Schedule Companion
PDF2iCal converts compatible ROIS CrewSE airline roster PDFs into calendar events. It is designed for pilots and cabin crew who want a convenient way to review their duties and add them to Apple Calendar.
No company account, airline login, invitation, or employer affiliation is required. Roster processing takes place locally on your device.
KEY FEATURES

Select a compatible ROIS CrewSE roster PDF and PDF2iCal automatically extracts the supported duties.
On-device OCR
If a PDF does not contain readable embedded text, PDF2iCal uses Apple’s Vision framework to recognize its contents locally.
Calendar roster view
View flights, rostered days off, training duties, and simulator sessions in a clear monthly calendar.
Duty details
Select a date to review duty times, flight sectors, crew information, and available amendment details.
Updated roster handling
Re-import an updated roster, review detected changes, and choose whether to keep or replace existing entries.
Apple Calendar integration
Add an individual duty or select multiple dates to add to a writable Apple Calendar.
PRIVACY-FIRST PROCESSING
PDF2iCal does not connect to airline systems, employee portals, or company databases. It does not require or request your company credentials.
Roster PDFs and extracted information are processed and stored locally. PDF2iCal does not upload roster information to developer-operated servers. Events you choose to add to Apple Calendar are handled according to your device and calendar-provider settings.
