Actually a 5-stars app but I take off 1 star because there could be more features and updates. ### 5/5 — Great PDF Tool *2017-07-28* Surprised there are not more reviews as this is the only app I have found that lets you compress pdfs, edit pdfs and convert PDF pages to images in a single program. I highly recommend it! ### 5/5 — Awesome!! *2017-01-22* I know sometimes you can't trust some of the reviews here on the App Store, (I guess mine would be suspect too) but Holy Cow this app is awesome. It works better than some Mac programs. It definitely is THE iOS pdf app to get. I had tried a few other apps, bought another one actually and it sucked. This one though doesn't. This app is not just good, but truly it is great! I wasn't expecting much, but boy was I pleasantly surprised. I consider this app now one of my core important apps, like Goodreader and Transmit. Kauf nicht wiederherstellbar. Das sieht nach Betrug und arglistiger Täuschung aus. ### 1/5 — Abandoned App *2025-10-09* The app hasn’t been updated in over 2 years so changes to Apple Files are not reflected. You can’t delete imported scans from the app, nor can you delete optimized versions. Looking at a few other apps by this developer, it seems he/she has stopped iOS development. Shame, this was a convenient way to optimize iPhone’s insanely large (file size) scanned PDFs. ### 1/5 — Lacking *2025-05-15* The app cannot edit text in documents, nor even annotate documents with overlays. It can only rearrange or insert whole pages. Zum Entfernen oben rechts den Kreis antippen (Bearbeiten aktivieren), Dateien markieren und unten rechts auf den Papierkorb tippen. Vielleicht hilft dieser Hinweis anderen Nutzern, die ebenfalls nach der Löschfunktion suchen.“ -------- Files cannot be deleted by swiping in PDFGenius. Tap the circle in the top right to enter edit mode, select the files, then tap the trash icon in the bottom right. This may help other users who are looking for the delete function. ### 2/5 — App not launching on iOS 18.0.1 *2024-10-13* Dear developers, your app has stopped launching on iOS 18.0.1. It simply freezes during launch and does not respond to any activity. The same thing is happening with your other app called PDFOptim. Pls check and fix this issue. ### 3/5 — File browser outdated *2024-01-19* I wish the file browser feature of the app would look like (or integrate with) the native Files app, a la Pixelmator. Aside from the looks, the custom implementation leads to some bugs, such as lists not getting updated in real time. For example: I remove password security from a PDF, and I tap save (not Save As), which overwrites the original, after going back to the file browser, I notice there are two entries of the PDF I just unlocked. One blacked out and one with a thumbnail. So I delete the blacked out. I attempt to view the one with a thumbnail. It’s blank. So I close and relaunch the app. Both are gone. Das ist zum Mailen viel zu groß und die Dateigröße lässt sich mit der mobilen Version von Pages leider nicht reduzieren. Da ich aber gerne am iPad arbeite und keine Lust habe, ein Adobe Cloud-Abo abzuschließen, habe ich mit dieser App eine gute Lösung gefunden. Die PDF-Komprimierung lässt sich verschieden einstellen und man sieht teilweise keinen Unterschied, obwohl die Dateigröße nur noch bei 6-8 MB liegt. I’ve been struggling to find an easy way to merge PDFs. Everything I came across seemed to be inadequate as many of the reviews were negative. This App works great. I does exactly what I need and merges them seamlessly. It’s fast, simple, and has so many tools for PDF manipulation that you need not look anywhere else. I think this app has so much potential I’ve asked our School Board to consider providing a board-wide licence for teachers and students. Love it! ### 5/5 — Great PDF Editor - Crop, split pages in two etc *2018-08-16* This is the first of many PDF editor apps that matched all my requirements. It allows me to crop many pages at the same time. Even better when scanning I scan two pages at once. I can not only split it PDF file in two parts, have you been split into page in two pages. Regarding your problem, there is an option to move split files into main list. To move any resultant PDF files into main PDF list, do following: #1) Tap Results segment. #2) Tap edit button icon at top-right to switch to editing mode. #3) Tap to select result PDF item(s) (In your case split files). #4) Tap move button icon second to bottom-right in bottom toolbar. #5) Tap Move to PDFs I hope this information may help you.
