This app won’t let me access after they charged me for payment!

Nothing loads.  No questions, quizzes, flash cards, nothing at all.

A real flash card in the app from the chapter on Security:

It has been becoming irksome to differentiate between the _______________ such as personal digital assistants, hand-held and laptop computers, cellular phones, email devices, and audio or video recording devices

If this doesn’t scream “don’t download,” along with the previous reviews about terrible grammar and useless studying content, I’m not sure what does.  In the time I lost looking at questions/info that make me wonder where they came from, I could just as quickly download a copy of the MKTS to my device (which I typically do) and be confident the info is relevant/accurate.

Overall this is a good App...but my only problem is that when I resume to take a recent test, over the MKTS 1 questions it starts at number 27 instead of what number I am on like 134 or 257.

Worst app I’ve ever used. Seems like it was designed by a 5 year old with questions written by his younger siblings. Don’t waste your time. This app should be removed from the App Store. Almost all the reviews here are fake. Please let me rate this negative stars!

UPDATE. The developers keep saying they will fix the problem with grammar but there is no change! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
