Sometimes you can’t even access route info because the relevant UI element is unresponsive. It does at least show route maps correctly. ### 1/5 — Poor interface *2021-08-01, version 1.8.2* This app could be so much better. It should allow me to tap a single icon to show my current location relative to the nearest shelter. But I thought if would be helpful to have dots labeled out with alphabets. I also don’t know which bus I am on to know how far I am, or how long it would take for me to get to airport or to the shelter I need to go. Having arrows on the direction that buses are moving will also be helpful. :-) thank you for creating this app. ### 2/5 — Lacking important information *2019-03-30, version 1.6.5* App should have service alert saying that the blue lot bus is servicing both blue and red. Several people didn’t get on thinking the shuttle only served the blue (bus parked in red but bus signs said blue). This is was at 1 am and the app shows no buses running the red routes. ### 1/5 — Shows stops, not bus locations *2019-01-02, version 1.6.5* I hoped this app would show me approaching buses and give an estimated time of arrival. No dice. It only shows bus stops. Bizarrely, they are all colored blue even in the red lot. Huh? You’ve got color coded lots for a reason, right? Such a great airport doesn’t deserve such a worthless app. ### 1/5 — Useless *2018-11-03, version 1.6.5* App does nothing but tells you where stops are. Not indication as to where shuttles are in route. ### 2/5 — Not easy to use *2018-06-22, version 1.0.2* The only reason I downloaded the app is to see where the buses were (after waiting >15 minutes for a red driver 😡). It took several clicks to find this... please make this easier to find. As a PDX Airport Employee, I need something to rely on for getting to work on time. I have to get to the parking lot at least 15-25 minutes before I really should in order to get a shuttle. The schedules are not accurate at all, and I can’t rely on the app to tell me where the shuttles really are. Also the driver was a meanie head! ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Accurate and timely. *2024-06-24, version 4.5.27* Although other reviews give this a bad review. For myself and my wife, this helped us time our wait for pick up at the terminal. Also, the live feed was helpful to see when the next buss will arrive and what the wait time looks like. ### 5/5 — Nice. *2023-05-19, version 4.5.27* Very helpful. ### 5/5 — Much Improved App *2021-10-11, version 3.0.13* I normally don’t leave all reviews, but I felt compelled to give a counterpoint to all of the negative reviews on the interface and usability of the app. All of the negative reviews are for the OLD app. The NEW app is beautiful an easy to use. The only negative is that right now, while the airport is under construction, only the blue bus is running. The blue bus does however go to two of red shelters; but only two of the red shelters and the app doesn’t reflect that. Granted that’s special service so I wouldn’t expect that to be reflected in the app anyway - hence the five stars. The app is accurate for all of the blue shelters as of the writing of this review however. ### 5/5 — Worked Great *2019-08-18, version 1.6.5* Saw the poster for the app and downloaded it. Saw what dot I was waiting at and it told me the bus would arrive in a couple of minutes. Gives real time of busses and over view of map. ### 4/5 — Accurate Bus Tracking *2025-10-22, version 4.14.0* The app currently is really good at accurately tracking the bus. As an employee I easily can tell when to get out my car to wait by the stops for the bus. Very convenient to use to determine if another is coming or if I need to run out to catch the bus coming around the corner because the next is still at the airport My only complaint is in regard to the parking itself, can bus drivers have a litte kindness or be given leeway to wait one extra second because the amount of times I’ve seen some of them shut the doors literally in people’s faces and drive off no bus waiting after it, plenty space on bus is just plain rude and ridiculous. It’s one thing to close the door if the person is nowhere near the bus it’s another if they literally have one foot almost into the door. ### 4/5 — Works fine. *2019-03-21, version 1.6.5* I’m not incredibly excited about the interface, but as some of the other five star ratings put, it DOES show exactly where busses are. Just click on the lot you are in and you will see little paper airplanes wherever there is currently a shuttle. I work at the airport and have only tested for the employee lot, but I’m sure it is a similar system for all lots. ### 3/5 — Not accurate but passes the time *2022-12-22, version 4.5.27* ETAs are inaccurate. GPS works. Useless app but it passes the time while you’re waiting.
