### 5/5 — Really Handy App!

*2012-04-14*

I love this app. I am always looking for some great game ideas, and to have them in my pocket is so handy. I love how I can build a lesson out of a few games and have them ready. I will certainly get some use out of this app. Thanks!

### 5/5 — Love this app

And to think that I used to teach games using sheets of paper that would blow all around the place. This makes things so easy for anyone who is not PE trained. Perfect too for non-teachers. Great app....

### 5/5 — PE Games - 5 Stars!

*2012-04-13, version 1.1*

Excellent application! Great database of games makes for a fantastic resource for physical and health education teachers and other professionals in a similar field. So many games and activities to choose from with many of the games/activities being very original. A must for any professional on the field. The Lesson Plan builder is also a great tool that is yet an additional option that makes this app deserving of a 5-star rating! Very satisfied - great value!

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2012-04-13, version 1.1*

A great app for Phys Ed teachers and coaches everywhere. A good selection of games that can easily built up into a lesson. Will make my planning much easier!

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2012-04-13*

I can never remember games to play with kids! I know silly, but that is me.

This app has a great range of over 100 games included. I can plan beforehand and add them to my lessons. Each game has a recipe of the type of game area needed, the equipment, instructions and some variations to make things more interesting. I can even make a random selection if I want.

If you find a game not in the app, you can add it. No more scraps of paper lying around. You can also add your own categories.

I carry my iPhone and iPad everywhere, so this app is always around and convenient.

Simple and easy to use.

The full features are available through an 'in app' purchase of only 99 cents. Very reasonable as are all Jarod's apps.

Thanks Mr Robbo.

### 5/5 — Best of its kind

*2012-03-30*

By far the best app of its kind on the app store. All teachers need this

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Little value

*2026-07-17*

I was hoping for lead up games organized by sport, age appropriate regressions and progressions for activities, or at the very least the use of AI within an activity/game page to make adjustments on the fly. I’ve gotten similar or better results using generic AI apps

Unfortunately, the app isn’t organized or setups for any of that. Also there’s
1) inconsistent formatting of instructions,
2) random characters making text difficult to read,
3) save feature doesn’t work,
4) requires an account to use,
5) no way to out filter games by equipment, class sizes or age, that involve physical contact, or use students as targets

### 1/5 — Support never responds

*2023-08-17*

There is some kind of issue with my password and resetting my password. This means I can’t use the app that I’m paying for.

I emailed support 2 times in the span of 10 days about this password problem and they never responded.

**Developer response:** I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've faced with our app. We recently identified some emails mistakenly filtered to our spam folder and have addressed them. If you've not yet received a response, this may be the cause.

To resolve your password issue promptly, please directly reach out to us at support@connectedpe.com, and we will prioritize assisting you.

### 1/5 — Please update!

*2019-05-28*

This was a great app but now there’s no update and I can’t use it :( please create an update so I can use it again!

**Developer response:** This app is working on all devices from iOS 10.0 onwards. I recommend deleting the app and re-installing to ensure you have the latest updates

### 1/5 — WASTE. WANT MY 2$ and 5 minutes back

*2018-09-14*

Opened app. Just crashes at login

**Developer response:** Thanks for your review. Please contact our support so that we can assist you to get it working as that's certainly not normal

### 1/5 — Not PE

*2012-11-13*

This app should not be called PE games. It should be called recess ideas. There is little to no educational value in these activities. In fact, NASPE even has position statements against most of the activities in this app.

### 1/5 — Boring

*2012-04-03, version 1.0*

Deleted after 5 minutes. Not realistic with classes of 30!

### 3/5 — Language Choice

*2013-04-18*

Have not looked at all the games. But you should change any ones that denote the child being chased as the victim or target. It makes it sound like that part of the game is "bad". I would not want to have my students read directions that used that language.

Other than that I saw some old games with different names and some new ones that could make fun warm-ups.

### 3/5 — PE Teacher

*2012-05-09*

I really like this app and how you can add your own games to the game book, but I wish it could be updated to allow the user to go back in and edit the games you put in. Right now once you add a game your stuck with it how you added it, can't go back in and make corrections or additions.

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2026-07-16*

This app provides so many great resources that I’ve been able to adapt based on my school setting. I like the create a game feature as well!

### 5/5 — Love this app

Such a good app. Thanks once again Jarrod. I love using your apps

### 5/5 — Fantastic tool for PE!

*2018-07-17*

Excellent app for coming up with games on the fly. Use it almost every day and my students love them!

### 5/5 — PE Games

*2015-05-13*

Great app to take outside for teaching physical education so that you have instructions for games at your fingertips. Great too if you need a quick sponge activity or to fill a few extra minutes of a class period. So many great games! Well worth it.

### 5/5 — Videos

*2014-07-29*

The verbiage you use is fine. If you communicate as the sender and I understand it is what matters... I would be willing to pay if the app included videos of what you are describing. It is easier to see the game in action then read about what the rules are.

### 5/5 — Top App

*2014-02-09*

I am a drama teacher required to teach primary school PE at short notice. Having scoured the web without finding much useful material, I was delighted to discover this little app, which is a great source of practical ideas that will engage the kids happily, without leading to chaos and tears.

### 5/5 — Wonderful tool:)

*2012-04-17*

This app is perfect for finding new games and activities and forming a list of those you like to play. You can keep a running list of the ones you plan to use, and you can add your own.

### 5/5 — Top App for Teachers and Coaches

*2012-04-16, version 1.1*

A great App for PE teachers, a quick reference guide for tonnes of activities! Another top App from Jarrod.

### 5/5 — Sensational!

*2012-04-16*

Awesome app! Fantastic for changing up things in PE lessons. Also wonderful for beginning teachers to keep variety in their lessons and to mix up warm up activities. Great use of categories too for quick reference. Highly recommended!

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2012-04-15, version 1.1*

This is an excellent app! The loaded games are perfect for any Phys Ed teacher! However, the ability to add your own games creates an app that is a must for all physical educators.
