They told me that they don’t do anything with the rewards. They have no idea how the system works and they can’t help you with anything. They told me they would forward my information somewhere because I have a reward that I want to redeem, but the app is not allowing it. It also hasn’t allowed me to make a purchase. Tried taking the coupon in store but they said they couldn’t honor it and to wait until the app updated. It’s been over a month and still no update for our locations. My coupon expired before I had a chance to use it.
