What is Peach Lunch Service? We are a daily lunch service for offices. Every week you’ll get a new curated menu that includes lunch offerings from favorite local restaurants. Where can you get Peach delivered? Peach operates in Seattle, San Deigo, Bay Area, Boston, and Austin. That’s not all… At Peach, there are no sneaky service fees and no tips. App loops when trying to add a pay method. I had to use the desktop website. Links to developer site is broken. No ability to report an app issue within the App Store that actually functions. ### 1/5 — Track Order Crash *2025-04-01* Crashes when click “Track Order”…basically one of the two main functions of the app ### 1/5 — Absolutely awful *2025-04-01* The only consistencies with these folks is rising prices, declining quality, and deliveries getting later and later. They’ll pair up two “restaurants” operating out of the same “rent-a-kitchen” on the same day, so the dishes from each place are identical. The options for restaurants has steadily dwindled, and they get replaced with fake “rent-a-kitchen” restaurants with no physical locations. In the Boston area there’s maybe 3 decent “real” restaurants left, and even then, the dishes are smaller than what you’d find in the restaurant, yet more expensive, AND THEN they add a delivery fee on top of it. My favorite so far is one piece of naan for eight bucks, plus the two buck delivery fee. Highway robbery. ### 1/5 — Cannot sign up. *2022-11-14* I think it is trying to get location info and gets stuck. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work for sign up *2022-10-03* Cannot sign up ### 1/5 — Bad UI, bad service *2022-04-05* The app looks like it’s in beta version, the only option to contact Peach for issues is through an email, which is frustrating and they respond slowly. The app constantly glitches and in order to switch between menus on each day of the week I have to force quit the app and reopen it. If I don’t force quit the app the photos for the food doesn’t change, or the menu doesn’t update for the new day selected. As for the delivery service Peach provides, food often arrives late and/or cold, and peach does not offer any sort of coupon or discount for it’s failure to deliver on time. Often items are forgotten, and you never receive your food for that day. It’s a hassle to try and get a refund when food isn’t delivered, which is ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2021-11-22* Doesn’t load any meals for me any more. App is broken for me. I have to use the browser ### 1/5 — Worst delivery service ever *2021-10-26* If you want to waste your time use these guys. The only consistent part of this company is it’s inability to deliver your order. I have had multiple non deliveries, messed up orders, cold food, cancellation and zero apologies. This company does not care about its customers or even doing what its company model states is its whole purpose. It needs to start listening and change.
