I used to love the bill pay, but ever since you guys went with a different app, nope…instead i go to each individual company’s (electric, water, etc) page and pay from there. ### 1/5 — Biometric identification *2023-11-18* Can you please fix the problem with the biometric login. I can’t get into the app using it and it won’t even let me set up the biometric identification even though I already have it set up. As simple as it seems, many features do not work, (login screen, checking your specific bank accounts) and on the off chance you do get into your account, trying to deposit a check crashes the app. I have stopped trying with this app and now I only go to the bank location to deposit a check or move money around my accounts, the one thing this app is supposed to help you avoid. ### 1/5 — No good *2022-04-02* This app is very nerve recking. I always have to uninstall the app and reinstall because it says I’m not authorized. Please fix this, I even called and they said it does it to them also. That is not what I want to hear. It works for a day or 2 then it pops up “unauthorized” smh. Sometimes when I open the app it says I don’t have permission, sometimes it won’t open the page when trying to check my recent transactions without clicking on it a hundred times…(sometimes literally) and sometimes it just loads and loads the home screen and never pulls up until I refresh the app a couple times.. a few changes and updates could make it much better. You would think they would be able to have a functional app. Every time I try to login I can’t get pass my account summary page. The app does not respond to your request. It’s basically stuck on the account summary. A complete waste of time. I’m beyond disappointed in this app!!!!!!!!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Long time user, want off this ride *2026-05-28* I’ve been an app user for peach state for almost a decade now. Worked wonderful for the first few years, then a horrible infestation moved in and everything spiraled into Tartarus. It seems near endless now, for the past several months at least. If you take heart medication or if you are an anxious person this app will do you zero favors so be careful. If you have more than one debit card for a partner, if you lock your cards for safety, or even if you have a credit card or a loan through the app that needs attention? Good luck. The app will have you calling support frantically trying to find out if your account was hacked. If your account was deleted. Even if you suddenly aren’t showing all of your cards. The anxiety fueled rollercoaster you deal with now isn’t worth the headache medication it takes to stomach logging in to see what could POSSIBLY go wrong today. But now I use it to login and check my balances instead of using a browser. The best part about it to me is being able to deposit a check if someone gives it to me. Taking a picture of both sides of the check and hitting submit is easier to do than having to spend time and gas to go through the window. I would advise people who are having a problem to update your phone’s software. After that, update all of your apps to the latest version, or at least search for this one in your App Store and install the latest version, and finally, restart your device. 90% of problems that many people have with apps is that all of them build up cache files and you can’t expect things to work smoothly when they are never cleared out. Restarting the device is the only way to clean out old temp files, etc., and fixes so many problems. So if you’re looking to try this, I would say to try it out and try those steps if it crashes or what have you. At least for me it works great, and I’ve used it for a few months. ### 5/5 — Love it *2021-12-21* I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max, and this app has always worked well for me. Much better than the original Peach State app. I have never run into any problems, with any aspect of this app. My favorite feature is the use of biometrics to log in, and the ease of transferring funds. ### 5/5 — Ok So Far But Haven’t Used It Much *2020-10-21* Will update this once I use it a bit more but all the new features are nice (as long as they work). ### 3/5 — Update *2026-03-16* App is not working after updating. I am unable to see account details past the account summary screen, have had to login multiple times and occasionally the app stalled out on a blank screen. It also took numerous reboots to get to the menu in order to complete a transfer.
