Real time app updating isn’t reliable anymore. No card lock feature. Now the app will not work being brought up from running in the background. Every time I want to open the app, I have to force close it and reopen it just to login. How did this banking app get so bad? TwinStar user for over a decade. Was way better years ago. This app has managed to get worse over time. Way worse. Why the backtracking on card lock option? Most banks are telling everyone how they have the debit card lock feature while peak took it away? And why can the app not reliably work in real time to show proper available balance? Used to work great. How does it keep getting worse over time and not better??? Maybe it’s time for a change in backend I.T. design and management? Something isn’t working… Hope this gets addressed and things start improving. And stop getting worse.
